費城老城萬豪飯店(Philadelphia Marriott Old City)

Stay was nice it’s nice area near the spruce street harbor that’s why we booked it there. We enjoyed our stay we were surprised by the room service food it was really good. The flat fries were really good. We wished there was a pool that would made the stay more enjoyable.

This is as central as it gets when you stay in Philly. In Old City, which is worth it right there, but only a few steps from Northern Liberties, Kensington and Center City, too, as well as the waterfront. Our only complaint was calling a few days before check-in to get confirmation that we could get a roll-away bed. After it was confirmed and noted during the advance phone call, we found out when we checked in that they don't offer that, so that was disappointing since we had 3 people and 2 beds, but we made it work! Nothing else went wrong! We loved it and would return.

Nice hotel, but the way the inside is designed with the rooms all around with big open space in the middle is just too loud at night. Especially when there is Bat Mitzvah after party going on 1 or 2am at the bar. Also the cleaning crew dragging carts and trash cans around 3am. It was hard getting a good night sleep when the noise keeps on waking me up middle of the night.

This hotel is so rundown, badly in need of renovations. Bathroom was dirty, the shower floor was so gross my mum would not shower. We never got our room cleaned even though we were there for 2 nights, no one came to tidy up. Extremely dissatisfied with hotel, and the front desk staff who looked and acted as if they could not care less.

Great location for an event near Constitution Hall. Easy to get to and from 95. The Hotel was quite busy with people checking in who were attending a wedding and also for the Army/Navy game on Saturday. Efficient and pleasant staff. No check in issues. Room was comfortable and clean. We were fortunate to have a room that was not located along the atrium. The atrium bar noise might be a problem for those rooms. Would stay again.

Some rooms face to lobby where people drink in the bar and make noise at night. We had to ask to change the room but the staff had attitude. First, she put me on hold over the phone for a long time. When we walked down to front desk, she had attitude saying she had other customers came. Can’t believe this is the employee training in Marriott.

Valet staff was great!! The rooms were standard, nothing special with poor lighting. Clean and nice bathroom/shower.

Great location for my purposes (WXPN Festival at Wiggins park). Rooms look like they have been redone and are nice. Dont know what it is with hotels but hardley any place to hang the bath towell and no shelves in the shower for items, strange. Restaurant is ok.
