Our room, 713, has a noisy heating unit that ends each heat cycle with a loud thud. Had to wear earplugs to sleep. It took two days to get coffee in our room, after phoning for help twice. Finally, a maid went and got a replacement coffee maker for us. No clean towels available for the second of our 3-night stay. Instead of installing a shower rack for the hotel's body wash, shampoo, and conditioner pump bottles, they were stuck to the tile with a plastic bracket. The body wash bottle fell off the wall and we switched to using the tiny bar soap. We alerted the valet that we wanted our car for departure. It arrived maybe 45 minutes later.
Staff appear friendly but often don't seem to want to follow through. Not our idea of a way to treat guests.
