費城市區雅樂軒飯店(Aloft Philadelphia Downtown)

Great location to visit the hot spots. Friendly and nice service.

The room was clean and the front desk representatives were friendly and gave really good suggestions of where to visit. The hotel is located within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and transportation was accessible. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

O hotel é bom em termos de conforto. O atendimento da recepcionista foi muito ruim. O sistema de cafe da manha tb. Nos reservamos com cafe pela Hotels. Ao fazer o check in nos deram um voucher para o cafe da manhã de 50 dolares para ser utilizado na loja do hotel. So que os produtos não tinham preço e então a gente tinha que ir ate a recepção para perguntar o valor do qe a gente queria e recepcionista era de uma grande má vontade. De repente, com poucas coisas, o valor consumiu todo o credito. Outra coisa foi que estavamos em 4. Mas, na hora do cafe, meu filho iria descer um pouco mais tarde. Tivemo que chamo-lo antesnpois o voucher tonha que ser consumido na hora integralmente. Péssima experiencia

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. We arrived at 4:45 p.m. to be told our room was not ready and there was no estimate of when it would be ready. Told us we would be called when ready. Never received a call or message. Went back at almost 7 and it was ready. No acknowledgement at that time of the inconvenience. If you pay $200 for a room you expect to check in at 3, not 7. Will not stay here again.

Me and my friend booked this hotel for an event at the Pennsylvania convention center and it was the best choice! It’s not even a .1 mile walk. The staff are super sweet! The hotels is spacious for being located in downtown Philly! There’s tons of restaurant options, and everything is walkable! The only thing I would say is $70 parking per night is definitely not worth it. There’s tons of parking garages around the area that are 12 to 15 bucks a night! Overall, I had a great experience!

Nice and comfy hotel with great location but There is no house keeping unless you requested it. Pets welcome hotel so you may hear it in the middle of no where. Low quality of coffee and tea in the room, although lobby offer it in the morning but always out.
