北鳳凰城唄盟飯店(Baymont by Wyndham Phoenix North)

The place was decent, loved our room besides the bugs we found… the front lady was really rude our whole stay. And the heated pool was not heated. Other than that our stay was good.

Nous avons réservé une chambre et notre réservation n’existait pas. Nous avons dû dormir ailleurs. C’est une honte. De plus nous avions payé via hôtel Com.

This place was horrific. They canceled our room without contacting us. There was a paper note on the door in the middle of the night and the doors were locked. We couldn’t even check in without calling a number. I called and they said even though they had rooms and even though we had a reservation they wouldn’t let us come. Blamed ******* and sent us away at 2am with 2 children, even though we had already paid in full.

I have rented lots of motels this one would have to be up there as do not return staff was friendly however the room for its price was very bad we stayed in a suite there was no blankets provided in the room they gave you 4 towels for six people and if you needed more you had to come to the desk with your dirty ones to get more when i needed bedding we had to go down . I asked them to fix the fridge never did the dresser was opening you had to tape it also the smell was muggy and and bedding was stained do not expect any type of breakfast or maid service this place is not worth the money i spent very disappointed thank god it was one day

At $250/night, it would have been nice to have clean towel exchanges without having to ask. The breakfast options were weak with product running out. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and tried their best.

Stayed two nights. Place was good. Clean and breakfast was ok

The carpets looked filthy and stained. They were dirty to the color. There is no late checkout available. The owner seemed polite but nothing about this property screamed value at me or even worth the price one pays.

Staff was the most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with. Room smelt of roach spray and cigarettes.

Nousy freeway construction. Nousy upstairs stomping around all night. Nousy neibhirs at 3am opening and closing toom door. Trash in hallway. No hot breakfast.
