Encontré limpio y bien presentable. Encontré lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana tranquilo con cocina, refrigerador, estufa eléctrica, micro. Sofá y cama cómoda. TV con cable y canal en español. Bonita alberca, pequeña, no me bañe por el frío, próxima vez. Y tuve muy cerca del hotel donde ir a comer, tiendas y muy cerca en carro, estacionamientos para el Areopuerto, el downtown y la Basílica St Mary’s frente al Centro de Convenciones y los Estadios de Béisbol y Basquetbol y varios lugares más de interés. Encontré que este hotel es muy práctico y justo lo que buscaba.

Check in process was odd. The 1st lady we encounter was rude, i didnt not see everyone needed an i.d. to stay in the room first hotel we came across that. The second lady allowed us to check in with a temporary i.d. since one person had lost his a week prior. The room was good we notice a few issues of damages that the room already had so we took photos upon entering the room. Staying in the room was great and impressed with the appliances they had to offer.

Check in and out was smooth. We checked in with Larissa, she was super helpful. She had to deal with a rude lady before us, felt bad for Larissa. Some people don't seem to understand what manners are and how to be decent with other human beings.
I'll define come back whenever in Phoenix.

Broken hand rail on pool steps. Bad if you are like me and disabled and need to hold on to things. Never came and cleaned my room for the 8 days I was there. Rude lady at front desk treated my friends like they were criminals and they would roll their eyes whilst on the phone with other customers.

The girl at the front desk Even though I had a valid government ID. She acted so rude when she denied me and had no issue, putting me out on the streets with nowhere to stay and the rapid ******* was no better.

Arrived late (called ahead) didn’t have a room for my family. Took an hour trying to figure it out. Finally got into the room and the pull our couch was disgusting. Barely any breakfast. Would never stay here again.

Overall the rooms were comfortable and have a lot of space very clean but the front staff wasn't all that great girl was on her phone the whole time we were checking in

Beat up hotel room. Missing drawers in the cabinets. The on-line listing said they offered free breakfast which only turned out to be a cup of coffee. For a $100 a night you could do far better!

There are different buildings under the same hotel name. Handicap rooms have no handicap parking in front of them. We were given the wrong type of key to get into our room and once inside, the room was dark and dirty.
