帕洛瑪鳳凰城城市景觀金普頓飯店(Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix)

Absolutely amazing hotel, we stayed for two nights and then extended to late checkout and loved everything. The room is super spacious and modern, the pool with the bar next to it was to die for, especially since it was surprisingly cool around it during the 115F weather. We did not eat at the restaurant (there are so many options within five minute walk) but the food at the pool bar was very good.

First, I will say the staff was amazing. That said, they needed to be with some of the issues. Rub, main part of us picking the room, woods not hold water and taking a bath was very difficult, clock sis not work at all, fridge was not even cool and there was a tear in the carpet coming out of the bathroom that had a nail that my wife ansbi stepped on a few times before we just covered it with a towel. Noise at night from the pool area got very annoying after about 10pm. Restaurant completely messed up our room service to the point that after an hour and a half it was free. Not what I would have expected from such a high end hotel. Staff was amazing and dealt with me and the issues to the best of their ability. Second night was much better and the stay overall was recovered by the team.

La coordinacion con el estacionamiento es un desastre, no tiene estacionamiento propio y comparte estacionamiento con unos departamento adjuntos y es un estacionamiento totalmente separado del hotel, al estacionamiento le hace falma mucha señalizacion ybes muy facil no saber usar las instalaciones

The hotel was beautiful and staff was super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect if you have plans at the stadiums nearby. The only downside is that food and drink options within the hotel were limited and pricey. There are, however lots of restaurants within walking distance.

We have stayed here many times before and have always enjoyed it. This trip we were on the 4th floor and was kept awake by the pool noise/bar nightclub noise. Next time I will request a higher floor.

Excellent location for either the ballpark or concert. Good area for restaurants and bars. Good walkable conditions and "ambassadors" to help you find what you are looking for.

Staff were super nice and friendly throughout the hotel. very nicely designed rooms and amazing setting because breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, grocery story within 300 steps from the hotel.

Nice rooms and property is quite upscale and well situated. Located close to many landmark’s downtown, which was convenient, I felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

Great service, staff was incredibly friendly. . Room was very clean, comfortable bed. Close to everything. Highly recommend.
