鳳凰城機場南希爾頓惠庭飯店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Phoenix Airport South)

We were booked to stay at this hotel by a 3rd party company our soccer club used. We requested housekeeping service the day after we arrived since there was 5 of us and we were told that they only do housekeeping 2 days a week. I continued asking daily for housekeeping and went to the front desk every morning for 5 days to get towels. We had to pile up all the towels and leave them outside the room so housekeeping can take them after the 3rd day. We dropped dry cereal in the room and had to run so asked if housekeeping was coming that day. They confirmed it would get cleaned and we came back ten hours later and no one went to vacuum it for us. My son went a

Great check in with kind and courteous front desk. Double queen suite had easily 5 star bedding. Second floor room was quiet, and clean. We had a terrific night of rest.

Needed a place to stay near airport. Eveything was great! Breakfast was delicicous and room was super clean!

The property was great lots of food options close by will stay again when in the area everything was within 15 minutes of the hotel

Home2 Suites by Hilton South Phoenix is a great hotel with well kept rooms. The refrigerator is full size, clean sink with a good amount of dishes. Room size was spacious with huge Samsung HDTv with premium channels. Free breakfast had assorted egg, bacon or sausage, cheese biscuits, waffles, cereals, bagels, cupcakes, and yogurts. Free airport shuttle if needed. Whataburger and Chipotle just a few feet away. Will definitely stay here again!!

PROS: Very nice, spacious and comfortable rooms. Safe place for a solo traveler and very close to the airport without being too noisy. Check in was super easy and the breakfast offerings were good. CONS: My microwave didn't work and the light switches on the bedside lamps were both smeared with something I really did not want to think about identifying.

It was a 1 night stay, but very family friendly. The size of the room, kitchenette, and overall space was a good change from other places we stayed at before. It is very convenient too. It is next to fastfood and a gas station. The only thing I suggest is recycling bins for people. For plastics and cans partially. The room was very quiet and the beds were comfortable.
