I was a guest staying here arrived at check in , valet said they were full and I had to park at a parking garage on the street in downtown , but yet as the evening went on they started taking valet from people who were not hotel guests. Hilton should have a priority for guest of hotel . Second check in was awful with employee named Sophia , she is rude doesn’t answer questions but points when asked where I could buy drinks in hotel. Does not go over how to get to rooftop bar and when asked about valet she shrugged her shoulders with no response . Worst service I’ve had !
