Overall the premises was very clean and surrounded by gas stations and convieance stores, as well as a McDonald's right next door. Upon arrival I was informed that my double bed suite was not available, and had to have travel partner sleep on a fold out couch. Hence the low score. As for the room it was nice and clean but the room ran hot, I had to crank down the air to 68 to keep it cool, which of course caused it to kick on and off all night. As for the breakfast bar it had the usual, scrambled eggs, sausage links and potatoes (home fries), waffles, cereal, fruit..etc. Sound good? Unfortunately the bar started at 6 in the morning and there was a line of 5 people at the start. I grabbed a cup of coffee and waited for the crowd to subside. After about 15 mins, most of the eggs were gone, and the sausage and home fries were never seen again.

The room we were in was very nice BUT when you flush the toilet it made a piercing screeching sound until the water filled up and it stopped. The mini refrigerator had a sound that it made ..this was on the 2nd floor King suite

The carpets were dirty, there was literal piles of dirt in the bathroom corners, the key cards kept failing, there was a smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, and it was difficult to find staff.

Literally waited 45 minutes for them to find my reservations come to find out somebody had checked in under my name already don’t understand how that happen

Wonderful! Room was large and clean! Breakfast was awesome with eggs, sausage, waffles! Very close to airport and other fast food restaurants! Price was great too especially for what all we got!! Thank you! Highly recommend this place:)

Bathroom door was damaged and wouldn’t close properly; hairs in sink and dirt in shower; hallways had apparently not been vacuumed in some time. Breakfast lacked basic items, such as milk and water. Front desk staff at check in were very professional.

I enjoyed my staff. They staff there was friendly and eager to help. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great!

I’m sure this place was very nice once, it’s just not kept up with. I stayed in room 218 (which is right by the stairs to get to everywhere) could just be the room location, but you could hear stomping all night constantly waking me (like an angry person stomping on the ground as hard as possible) and it didn’t stop until almost midnight. The floor needs steam cleaned and had Multiple red stains (hoping it was food or makeup). Chairs and couch has holes in them and seemed in need of repair or close to it. Towels seemed to have stains on them from previous use that didn’t come out during the wash. Same as the bed sheets (I did not sleep in them only on). Located literally outside a busy McDonald’s so you there is a lot of traffic and people around. WiFi was not good, I could barely stream anything on my phone. Television were flat screens with barely basic cable. The pictures looked nice and probably were never updated from when they opened. Pool was open but it was occupied. Their gym had a treadmill and bowflex type machine (but it seemed outdated). They had free breakfast which seemed okay from the looks of it.
