It’s a nice hotel, quiet, clean and welcoming, breakfast is fine as usual. Convenient location. I will back again.

The hotel staff were accommodating & nice.

I cannot say enough positive about this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and everyone we encountered was just so genuinely friendly. My entire family truly enjoyed this trip and the hotel and staff were a big reason for that. The hotel was very clean and we had no issues with our room or the facility. There was always staff available and they were working hard to maintain all of the areas and keep things stocked and tidy. The daily breakfast buffet was quite good and while we have seen breakfast offered often, we've never seen complementary dinner offered at a hotel before. This was a game changer for my kids. They loved going down to this each night. And honestly, we did too! It saved us a ton of money on having to eat dinner out each evening. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub was also really nice and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the views from the 8th floor open patio. Another cool thing about the hotel is that it used to be a Federal Reserve building. There are cool little areas and plaques throughout that provide some very interesting history to the facility. We loved this! We did not encounter a single negative staff member for the 4 days we stayed here--everyone was fantastic. Several that really stand out as being super friendly and just went that extra mile were: Jose, Antares, Toni, Alden, Airadel, and Darnel. Really, thank you all!!

My itinerary said I would pay $376 tax included plus a $50 deposit. I paid $463. When did $376 plus $50 equal $463, but not $426. The shower drain was clogged, so I could not take a shower and the toilet backed up. They better give me my $50 deposit back and the other $37 because they double charged me for the parking of one vehicle overnight stay.

We checked in 10/29 at around 12pm for one night. The staff is excellent. From the start with Valet to David at the front desk to the bartender that evening at 4th District, who by the way deserves a raise because she was a one woman wonder doing all the tasks and still giving service with a smile. The property has interesting history. While the property is clean it’s definitely dated but I would definitely stay again and recommend.

The staff was great - friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner/drink options are, by far, the best of any hotel I have stayed in. The downtown location is close to sporting events, restaurants, museums, The *****, etc. Also within walking distance of the train station.

Excellent location for anyone attending an event at the Convention Center. Room clean, quiet and well appointed. However the cost (including substantial taxes) was very high, especially given the higher rate assessed for Saturday night. Breakfast included was very convenient, but ordinary. Exposure of relics of the bank vaults gives the property character. Staff cooperative and friendly.
