Kasa的大膽者(The Maverick by Kasa)

這個地方非常乾淨，有很多便利設施，例如免費名牌洗漱用品、茶開瓶器、酒杯，當然還有爪形浴缸。有人會說很容易忘記這個單元甚至有一個防雨瓷磚大型步入式淋浴間。 我想說的唯一缺點是，酒店沒有前台，所以一切都是虛擬的，與傳統的入住有點不同，但是如果我在預訂之前閱讀，整個過程就會非常輕鬆。電話裡的晚餐工作人員非常樂於助人。

We had a fantastic stay at the Maverick! Check in was flawless, they have a great digital front desk that explains every detail. Because our stay was over a weekend, we managed to get free street parking right out front which was very convenient ( keep in mind you'd have to pay during the week). The room was huge, clean and comfortable! It had more than we had expected and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Beware - weekend events may be very loud!!! Reach out to the hotel before you pay in advance! The room was clean and comfortable and the surrounding neighborhood was fine and convenient to coffee shops and restaurants. However, there was an extremely loud event taking place on both nights of my stay that caused noise that could be heard and felt up to the fourth floor and made my stay very unpleasant. It seems a very poor choice of location for a hotel. Since there is no front desk, I could only reach out via text, and responses were obviously scripted and not very helpful to my situation.

I will never again stay at an “unstaffed” hotel Tv didn’t work, light fixtures didn’t work, mini fridge didn’t work, bathtub drain didn’t work and because the property was unmanned there was no one available to try to make anything right except for people at a call center overseas. Room was big and clean. I suppose if you’re a budget traveler who doesn’t need any functioning hotel features it’ll do. But if you want to watch tv, take a bath, or store your leftovers at a safe temperature you’re out of luck.

I did not actually stay at the property, I chose to cancel. Buried in the small print there is a warning that check in is 'different', there is no front desk they request on-line check in. When I followed the links to complete this process it became clear that they expected me to provide on line, a selfie, a picture of my ID, complete credit card details (even though the trip was fully paid already) I chose not to follow this path, especially as the site made it clear that had rights to use my information.

Definitely a disappointing stay. The chat feature deletes and disconnects if you leave the page and won't resume if you go back, and the agents take for ever to respond. Considering this is essentially the only way to contact anyone from the property (aside from calling a remote help center) that poses a major problem when the agents take 5+ minutes to respond, so you have to sit there on the page just waiting and if you accidentally answer a text or something you get disconnected and cant resume. The room itself was clean, but the air conditioning wouldn't work correctly and would shut off randomly. Their "solution" was to turn it off and back on, which did nothing. The room never got below 78 degrees all night long so I had to sleep in a puddle of sweat. Also when trying to take a relaxing bath the tub stop didn't work so it continuously drained and I wasn't able to use the tub at all. This was when the issue with chat came up because they wanted me to send a photo but when I switched to the photo app the chat disconnected and I was SOL and I gave up. The property is new and the concept is cool, but in practice there are a LOT of issues that need to be worked out. I would not stay here again.

クラシカルな感じのホテルでしたが、インテリアがお洒落で居心地が良かったです。 電子レンジ、電気ポット、コーヒーメーカーもあり、徒歩圏内のスーパーで買い物した軽食を食べるのに便利でした。 また、ホテルの前に教会があり、少し遠い店に食事に行ったり、近所を散策して戻る際にはランドマークになり助かりました。

The property has LOUD public parties from 8pm to 2am. They are random and so bad that the hotel now puts ear plugs in the rooms. They send you a note the afternoon of the events. Very disappointed.
