達拉斯普萊諾萬楓套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Plano)

We came here for a friends wedding. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was also very nice. Great service! The only thing we saw was a little bit of an issue was the drains in both shower and sink. They were very slow to drain the water.

Better for business travel.

Was greeted with a smile and very welcoming. Easy check in. Clean and request was promptly filled. The food could be a better but still ok.

Este hotel fue descrito como excepcional en la promoción, pero fue un engaño. Olor a hongos y polvo en habitaciones, desagüe de bañeras o piletas sin cobertor por donde salían cucarachas al abrir la llave del agua para tratar de darme un baño. La puerta del baño no cerraba. El teléfono arrancado de la pared. Cuando voy a pedir ayuda me dicen que no pueden enviar a nadie porque después del turno del día solo dejan un empleado en el Front Desk para “todo el hotel”. Cuando regrese a mi habitación también noté que la puerta que daba al pasillo estaba insegura. Cómo dama que viajaba sola senti miedo por mi seguridad física y salud. Por lo que solicité el reembolso de la estadía que logré acortar para irme a las dos noches en vez de tres. Mi recomendación no es sanitizarlo como me ofrecieron. Deben cerrarlo cambiar las alfombras que parecen ser la fuente del mal olor a hongo, tierra y polvo acumulado por muchos años. Lo digo porque al pasar de día cerca de las trabajadoras con los potentes vacum cleaners se acentuaba la mezcla de ese particular mal olor. Quitar los papeles de las paredes y darles un nuevo tratamiento. Arreglar plomería, puertas, teléfonos, poner personal adicional las 24 horas, etc.

I was asked about Room service would I like service every day or every other day. I was staying at the hotel for 5 days. I figured I am on business and every other day would be fine. I had ZERO service for the entire stay, nothing.

Let's just jump into it. This hotel is VERY outdated. Most of the outlets in the room did not work. This hotel does not have an outside pool and the inside pool is "broken" and guests are not allowed to use it. The parking lot is SO DARK, it was kind of scary to walk through at night. Upon check in I was told it is $3 a night to park in the (dark) parking lot. They do not tell you that before booking. The staff is kind of rude. I do not recommend staying here at all and have no clue how it has a 8 overall rating. It is a solid 5 at best!
