Great location! Very welcoming and helpful! Loved the staff!

The breakfast staff were wonderful. Gave a a wonderful start to our days there. The female desk clerks were very kind and helpful. The first night we had a room with an adjoining door. It was so thin, we could hear every syllable our neighbors spoke. The next morning the lady clerk was very helpful and put a block on the room next to us. Had a wonderful restful night on incredibly comfortable bed. But the third night we had a neighbor again. Anyway…we have now learned to ask for a room that hasn’t an adjoining door. Everything was marvelous except that issue.

Nice place but only 4 stars because breakfast had runny eggs and pancake maker provided one limp lukewarm pancake. Prefer waffles.

New facility. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast hostess (10/3/2023) was exceptional!!! Nice hearty breakfast that get replenished. Very clean rooms. New amenities. Ac blows cold. Ample self parking options. Great location! Will stay again if on the area.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The Front Desk staff was excellent. Next time we’re in the area will defiantly stay again.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, the bed very comfortable, with easy and free parking. Location is good for our purpose in South Lakeland, with Cheddars restaurant directly in front. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, a very well run hotel.

I stayed at this property for a three night business trip. On the afternoon of the third day my associate and I went to the hotel lobby to finish up some paperwork. After sitting in the lobby area for 10 minutes an absolutely rude woman came over to confront us as to what we were doing. “Are you staying here, and why are you in the lobby?” She then proceeded to question what my name was and room number I was In because she didn’t recognize me. After giving her my information to make sure I was allowed to be in her lobby she informed me that it’s her job to give everyone a hard time. To which I responded “ you do a great job” I travel for work and stay in hotels 15 to 20 days a month and have never had anything like this happen before. And I can promise you it won’t happen here again. They are many other locations in Lakeland that will be more than happy to take my money.
