I stay at a lot of hotels, and I have never left a bad review, until now. Please do not give this hotel your money. Their customer service is absolutely bottom tier. The older man (gray hair) who I assume is the owner will not listen to anyone’s voice but his own. If you try to talk to him he will talk over you, assuming he knows what you’ll say, and if you do get a word in he will swat it away like a fly and definitely not put forth any effort to solve any problem you may be having. The younger gentleman who work the counter for him timidly obey his commands and also do not speak to him. They say things like I cannot give you any extra blankets I’m only aloud to give you one blanket (mind you, it was one needed for the sofa bed that is in the room!) if you need more reasons not to stay here, the pool is probably 60 degrees, because it’s very close to the temperature of a 56 degree cold dip I use. There’s an inch gap under every hotel room door. The keys rarely work. When I brought the keys to him, he asked “do you put them next to your phone?” I assumed he wanted an answer but he interrupted me and scolded me on why they can’t be next to phones. After which I informed him that I put them in separate pockets on separate sides of my body. He walked away. Can we please keep the America that cares about the customers, and not support these toxic places that treat humans like dirt? I hope so.
