廷帕諾戈斯貝斯特韋斯特飯店(Best Western Timpanogos Inn)

The room was cold and the TV didn't work. They moved us rooms and same problem.

The hotel itself was fine, just a typical budget hotel, but the poor customer service was very difficult to deal with. I had a 2 night reservation that I wanted to extend into a 5 night reservation after the first night. The staff made this process very difficult, made us totally check out, wait for hours with our luggage and then re-check into a new room because we booked online and they were powerless to make any adjustments unless we contacted the online agent first, who then told us it was up to the hotel to decide, and the hotel told us a regular guest reserved our room and always stayed there so we had to move (we never saw a guest use it after we were forced out). We then booked a new deluxe queen room online, but the hotel put us into a standard queen room and would not honor the online reservation without additional charges because the number of guests were entered incorrectly, but they wouldn't make the changes themselves and referred us to the online booking company. The whole experience was so exasperating that we cancelled the remainder of our stay and moved next door to the Comfort Inn where the staff was much more eager to demonstrate hospitality. I'll never stay here again.

I stay at a lot of hotels, and I have never left a bad review, until now. Please do not give this hotel your money. Their customer service is absolutely bottom tier. The older man (gray hair) who I assume is the owner will not listen to anyone’s voice but his own. If you try to talk to him he will talk over you, assuming he knows what you’ll say, and if you do get a word in he will swat it away like a fly and definitely not put forth any effort to solve any problem you may be having. The younger gentleman who work the counter for him timidly obey his commands and also do not speak to him. They say things like I cannot give you any extra blankets I’m only aloud to give you one blanket (mind you, it was one needed for the sofa bed that is in the room!) if you need more reasons not to stay here, the pool is probably 60 degrees, because it’s very close to the temperature of a 56 degree cold dip I use. There’s an inch gap under every hotel room door. The keys rarely work. When I brought the keys to him, he asked “do you put them next to your phone?” I assumed he wanted an answer but he interrupted me and scolded me on why they can’t be next to phones. After which I informed him that I put them in separate pockets on separate sides of my body. He walked away. Can we please keep the America that cares about the customers, and not support these toxic places that treat humans like dirt? I hope so.

The staff was less than thrilled to check us in. He just complained the whole time about how crazy Friday was going to be but our car was the only one in the parking lot. He was also annoyed and verbal about the phone ringing. The hotel is also not very clean. Just wouldn't stay here again.

Very dirt, very very nasty manager Mike Patel. Room was very noisy told me to check out and go somewhere w else. Carpet were all wet and you can smell the mold. Front off girl is a liar and rude as well. Don’t wast your money here.

We always stay here on our way down from Calgary, Alberta to Palm Desert, California. It's right off the I-15 with easy access to shopping and dining. The staff is always super friendly, efficient, and helpful. The rooms are cleans and comfortable.

Overall a nice stay. The beds themselves seemed a little older (lumpy?). Staff were very nice and the place was clean. We would stay again.
