Staff are excellent and friendly, helpful with our requests. The breakfast was good and had a good variety. The only thing was that our room didn't have a TV remote and when they brought us a new one, the TV listing on the TV guide itself didn't give channel numbers so we couldn't find the channel we wanted. Overall, it was a good visit and we would consider going back if we ever visited the area again.

The staff was amazing and went out of their way to correct some issues that had occurred. My complaints are that there was damage to the area where the refrigerator was and was the first thing we noticed when walking in. The pillows on the bed were very hard and small, I don’t know why they weren’t your usual big fluffy ones , but my neck was actually stiff and sore a couple days later because of them. The rest of the facility was really well kept.

Check in gentleman was fantastic! I am so sorry I did not get his name! Nice updated colors in the rooms. Beds were pretty good. Quiet and clean.

I have stayed here before with no problems. Location is easy on/off of interstate. Many food options along with a Brewery near by. Quick 5-7 min drive via the interstate if you have to get to the Stevens Point or UW- Stevens Point

This has become a regular meeting point for my mom and I to spend time together. Staff is always very nice and accomodating (allowed us to have late checkout for a late afternoon appointment). Breakfast is good, room is quiet, clean, and super convenient to restaurants and shopping. My only suggestion is the hot tub was not clean and we did not go in after our first dip was not appealing. We missed this as it's definitely something we look forward to. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were well-soundproofed. Breakfast was good. The hotel front desk clerk (tall guy, moustache and beard) was always smiling and extremely helpful! Also the housekeeper was extrememly pleasant! All in all a good stay!

Upon arrival our carpeting in the room was soaking wet under the air-conditioning unit, stains on the comforters and somehow flies kept making it into our room. Never had windows open but a bunch appeared in our room. Possibly from the faucet? It was an okay stay. I wouldnt make it a long one.

We had a glitch when we checked in. Had to wait for a room to become available but were rewarded with a very large room with whirlpool.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there.
