酒店感覺到不了四星的標準,類似於快捷的水準,價格便宜的話可以住,奇怪的是酒店房間有的在一層需要從前台下樓梯,沒有電梯,帶大行李應該很不方便,房間的清潔弄的味道奇怪,衞生間淋浴的角落不乾淨。酒店外有河景,離市中心不遠。

Completely disappointed with the hotel. Paid a higher price as its a 4 star hotel but the look of the hotel and the rooms doesn't even fit for 2 star. Reception is not very good. We have been told that there is no booking reserved for us and we had make calls to Trip. Com to get it sorted. And finally its the receptionist who couldn't able to read our names. No guidance in the hotel and we need to ask for everything to reception and the receptionist clearly doesn't wanna help. Not recommended at all

Karadağ ziyaretimizin ilk günü 26 Nisan’da bu otelde konakladık ve 1-2 Mayıs tarihlerinde de bu otelde konaklıyoruz. İlk konaklamamızda yaşadığımız problemlerin fazlasını yine yaşıyoruz. İlk konaklamamızda çocuklarımız için odaya ekstra yatak koymayı unuttular ve odaya girdiğimizde duşun camına ‘duş arızalıdır kullanmayınız’ yazıyordu. Odaya gelip baktıklarında camda böyle bir yazıyı yeni gördüklerini söylediler. Şaka gibi. Bugün otele geldiğimizde ise; ilk kaldığımız katta başka bir oda verdiler ve bu odaya girdiğimizde yine aynı durum yaşandı. ‘Duş arızalı lütfen kullanmayın’ yazıyordu. 4 kişi geldiğimiz otelde odaya bir ekstra yatak koymuşlar. Resepsiyona gelip neden bir yatak eksik diye sorduğumuzda; otelde bir futbol takımının kaldığını ve tüm ekstra yatakların diğer odalarda olduğunu ve otelin tamamen dolu olduğunu söylediler ve ekstra yatak veremeyeceklerini söylediler. İkinci çocuğumuz nerede kalacak? Resepsiyonda bizimle konuşan genç saygısız ve ukala tavırlar sergilerken sizinle sakız çiğneyerek konuşuyor. Asıl komik olan ise şu; aynı kişi ‘daha önce otelde Belçikalı bir ailenin otelde kaldığını ve duş camını kırdıkları için çözüm olarak duşlara kullanım dışı yazdıklarını’ söyledi. Ancak duşların çalıştığını söyledi ama ne yazık ki duşlar çalışmıyor. Hataların hangisini anlatalım… Bu süreçler sonrasında otelin yöneticisi ile telefonda konuştuğumda çocuklarım için 2. oda vereceklerini söylediler. Tamamen dolu olan otelde sürpriz bir oda vermeleri şaşırtıcı. Yönetici odalardaki duşların arızalı olduğunu ve başka arızalarında olduğunu belirtti. Siz 4 yıldızlı bir otelsiniz ve arızaları düzeltemeyecek kadar amatör olamazsınız. İlk kaldığımız günden bugüne 5 gün geçmesine kadar oteldeki arızalar giderilmemiş. Duş yine arızalı. Otelde valiz taşıyacak görevli yok, asansör olmadığı için valizleri kendiniz taşıyorsunuz, minibar boş, odalar temiz değil. Banyo girişinde bulunan halılarda pis su lekesi var. Otel odaları çok eski ve yıpranmış. Sadece konumu iyi diyebilirim. Kesinlikle önermeyeceğim bir otel.

Я обычно пишу достаточно сдержанные отзывы, даже дала себе время остыть, но воспоминания все равно дают о себе знать. Помню, как зашла с 2 огромными чемоданами на ресепшн и взгляд человека за стойкой недоумевающе опустился на меня. Мне что-то сказали на Черногорском, я извинилась и ответила на английском, что не понимаю его. На что он замолчал. Даже не предложил мне помочь! Я девушка 155 см ростом!!! у меня 2 чемодана, в которых по 30 кг и более, один из которых постоянно падал!!! Неужели нельзя было проявить хоть капельку заботы и помочь? Я сначала думала, что проблема в языковом барьере, но потом зашел мой муж с 2 своими тяжелыми чемоданами, начал разговаривать с ним на английском и он ему начал отвечать!!! Тележку для чемоданов нам не предложили, хотя она была, мы ее сами потом увидели в коридоре. Отношение персонала оказалось мягко говоря не очень. Впервые сталкиваюсь с таким в Черногории, хотя месяцев 9 уже прожила тут и знаю, какие все хорошие, добрые, отзывчивые и радушные. Но не в этом отеле. Номер был грязным, мебель будто из советских фильмов, кнопка смыва в туалете западала и жила своей жизнью. Удивительно было также встретить надпись, что со своей едой и напитками в номер нельзя… это просто была какая-то шутка! Завтрак был самым невкусным в Черногории, хуже этого был только 1 ресторан, в котором мне принесли пиццу с волосом от шеф-повара. Казалось бы, как можно испортить бекон и яичницу, оказалось – легко. В общем, крайне не рекомендую останавливаться в этом месте, только если у вас нет другого выбора

This is not only a hotel, but a sightseeing of the city. The location is great. You can have a nice walk to the park and to the river and at the same time to walk to the city center. Nevertheless it is very quiet. The atmosphere is that of the communist period. The staff was helpful and the rooms big, well equipped but a little bit dated. The only thing I found average was the breakfast. There was a numerous choice but the quality not really great. Even if you don't stay there, visit the café for the great view.

I was in the hotel with my partner for 4 nights, and here is our experience. 1) A hotel has the rooms downstairs, and if you are a girl or an elderly person, you could suffer bringing your luggage down the spiral stairs without the help of the hotel members. No elevators, no bell boys, nothing. 2) We didn't have a safety deposit box which had been promised in the booking details. After a few attempts to get it, we got an annoyed answer that it's broken and if we need something to store, we can leave it on the reception... leave money and valuable goods to the reception, where it's every day a new receptionist. One moment we decided to ask for a discount because we hadn't had a promised amenity and received an answer that everybody asks for a discount. Should we, as a guests, care about who asks them about the discount? Finally, after our decision to talk to the manager, the safe deposit box finally mysteriously appeared next morning. Truth to be told, it's magic. 3) We also didn't a Do Not Disturb sign, and it was quite an adventure to get it. For some reason, we had to ask it several times, and finally we got it. Not sure what was the problem here, but okay. 4) Also, when we booked the room, we certainly mentioned that there are going to be 2 adults in it, but suddenly we hadn't found any amenities for a second person. No 2nd slippers, no shampoo/conditioner stuff, not even a second hand towel. After our question we finally got a second pair of those, but, guess what, the next day the 2nd hand towel disappeared. 5) Sometimes you, as a guest, can use a piece of tableware in the room for your needs, such as using a glass, for example. So did we, and left it on the table, being certain that the hotel staff could accomplish such as simple task as washing their glass. It was quite obvious that it was used. It is not like we, as a room guests, have detergents to clean it. They ignored us. We left it untouched to see what happens next day. They ignored us. We ordered a food at their room service and left this glass among other tableware from this dinner, in the middle of it, and... they left it alone dirty on the dirty table. 6) One day they brought us a single roll of toiler paper while we had 2 on the check-in day. Typical rolls of hotel toilet paper aren't the largest one, neither were these ones. Next morning before leaving the hotel for our trip I asked the receiptionist to bring 2 rolls of toilet paper this time. They did so. Next cleaning day they left us with even less than 1 whole roll. Not sure why I had to ask them every day. 7) Another morning we came to the breakfast, which was included and wasn't bad, and my partner decided to make a cappucino from the coffee machine located in the breakfast area. So she chose the beverage, pushed the button, and there was no milk, only coffee. After a while she decided to ask the restaurant staff about this problem, and the waitress found that there was no milk in the coffee machine. After replenishing

Comodissimo hotel a pochi minuti dal centro e affacciato sul fiume. Le camere sono dotate di ogni comfort incluso il parcheggio privato. Non è inclusa la colazione ma il prezzo è comunque buono. C’è anche un bar interno e un ristorante affacciato sul fiume.

Hotel staff did not speak english and many of them were neither polite nor helpful. Could not help with basic tour recommendation. Room had mold on the wall. Otherwise the room was fine and location was good.
