They charged us for the room when we got there I told them I already payed spent 5 hours trying to straighten out still had no luck so paid two nights for one plz take care of this

Quarto é amplo e confortavel! Possui uma cozinha completa, porém no nosso quarto, o fogão não estava funcionando, a torradeira so funcionou no primeiro dia, ficamos somente com o micro ondas em funcionamento. Além disso, possui uma geladeira grande também no quarto! Muito bom! O Banheiro também é muito bom! As condições em geral são otimas! O hotel parece muito novo! O café da manhã é bem simples, faltam opções de frutas e proteinas. Apesar de ser padrão americano, ficou devendo muito!

The beds were stiff, the pillows thin, floors were stained. Kitchen was poorly stocked. There was a leak in our ceiling onto our floor - we reported it, but nothing was done. Our carpet remained wet for a couple days. They ran out of plates for breakfast and then the next day only had 3 food items to choose from. Would avoid this if you are vacationing.

I booked room through ******* including giving credit card information. When I arrived 30 minutes later after the booking I was told no rooms were available. I was told by front desk they were referring to another Marriott that had availability. When making contact at that Marriott we were told no rooms available but they were referring to another local Marriott. When making contact at that Marriott they told us no rooms available. They referred us to another Marriiott. When arriving there we were told no rooms available. Thankfully I was able to book a Hampton Inn at 1:00 a.m. that said had a room and actually did have a room.

L’entretien ménager des chambres était fait par des aveugles. C’était le royaume de la poussière et des toiles d’araignées. Nous avons même retrouvé des ordures sous notre lit après la deuxième nuit. Cet hôtel devrait changer de nom pour « Nous sommes désolé » car j’ai entendu ces mots chaque jour.

the stay was good , however be careful with the pictures when you book , because is represent bigger that you think , and also there is a trick on it , they show a picture with stove and oven a refrigerator in all rooms , but when I booked I found only top stove , not oven , I complained about and they said that the one that have oven is the expensive one , but in the pictures you don't see that difference , just beware of it .. the rest was okay ..

I liked the lobby, breakfast, gym, corner front room, lake walk with trees and birds. I did not like the pool area with lack of winter sun, cockroach in first assigned room, dirty floors in suites.
