帕諾灘速8飯店(Super 8 by Wyndham Pompano Beach)

Dit hotel was heel erg gedateerd. Alles was erg oud en slecht onderhouden. De badkamer was vies en oud. En de kamers waren verre van schoon. We vonden nog een plastic vork en een bonnetje van de Mac op de grond naast het bed.

I reserved a room with two queen beds. When I arrived, the very nice afternoon front desk clerk wanted to put me upstairs. That was unacceptable as I had several large cases and boxes of paper products and lugging them upstairs (with no elevator) would be overly burdensome. Leaving them in the car overnight was out of the question as their parking lot was open to the public. He graciously moved me to a handicap room that he said was "the only room left on the first floor." Full bottom floor? I never witnessed another guest at the hotel in the two days I was there. The first night, I slept in. Went to the lobby for coffee. There was an almost full pot on the maker so I poured a cup. It was tepid (apparently, it had gotten turned off. Went back to my room and drank it quickly. Went back to the lobby for a refill and the pot was EMPTY! I asked the front desk worker where the coffee went. He DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT ME as he mumbled "It's past 9:30." I said incredulously, "You threw out almost an entire pot of coffee?" AGAIN, he DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT ME as he mumbled "It's past 9:30." I wasn't "warned" when I checked in that the coffee would be DENIED TO THE GUESTS right at 9:30am (even if there was an ample supply left). If you're reading this, you've been warned.

Room did not have a trash can. Blankets were stained. Bedspreads had holes and stains. Towels were old. No washcloths. Tile grout was loose. Smelled. No elevator so not ADA compliant. No breakfast although the website advertised breakfast included. Cleaning staff was friendly. Across the street from LA Fitness. Walking distance to ALDIs and a couple of unique restaurants.

We didn’t end up needing this hotel and I expressed my concerns but did not hear anything back. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this hotel

Front desk said there would be a room for me but upon arrival I was informed they in fact did not have a room so I had to leave in the middle of the night

All our linens were stained and had cigarette burn holes in them. The room smelled dirty and worn down. The only saving grace was the staff who helped us find a room to our liking and gave us unstained linens.

Rooms smelled I stayed one night only had nowhere to go so short notice got no sleep the were supposed to only charge me for the one night but took the whole two nights out … bed bugs itchy no sleep worst stay ever switched rooms to even worse conditions disgusting

I HAD to stay one night there, because I have arrived at midnight, and couldn't find any other place to go in the area. Dirt bedsheets and pillow cases, carpet dirty as hell (kept my shoes on all the time), tub dirty as hell, and a continuous leak in the shower head (sounded like someone having a bath all the time). The man in the front desk was very nice and tried to help, but I couldn't keep my family there any minute further than the next morning, very early. A very disgusting experience, and a great disappoin**en at all. I almost shorted my trip and came back home, I mean, thos hotel bad conditions almost ruined my whole weekend, because they couldn't meet an average level at least. I will never go back to this specific place, and will everyone know about this if I can. Tried to get a refund, but there was no manager there. Left my phone number and haven't heard anything from them since then. I WANT MY REFUND!!
