帕諾灘碼頭希爾頓惠庭套房飯店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Pompano Beach Pier)

Hotel is luxurious and representable but if you are going to park in the parking lot, just know your going to need to use your room card to get in and out of the parking lot. There will be a possibility that the card won’t work like it happened to me. We gave numerous of walks back and forth to get our parking ticket stamped in order to come out of the parking lot. Also in the room you would need to keep you card in a slot to keep the bathroom and hallway light on. In order to use the elevator you need to swipe your room key card as well. Unfortunately, this was only a 1 night at this hotel. And we had more headaches than any other we had stayed before. Hotel is nice and all but all the tech and going back and forth is not worth it.

Our room was dirty when we arrived. The garbage can under the kitchen sink was overflowing and there was used soap in the shower. The table on the balcony had a spilled drink on it. The sofa bed was broken at the top part of the bed. We were told we would b moved to another room the following day and we even talked to the front desk. She took our contact information and said she would contact us when a room was available. We heard nothing.

First of all, I travel weekly for work and stay in hotels all over the country. Last night, was a last minute change in our personal schedule and we decided to stay outside of Ft Lauderdale for the night. We checked in at 9:30pm for one night after a day at FAU football game. Go Owls! When we arrived we were told the computer system had a glitch and they were unable to make keys for our room. A staff member escorted us to our room and was able to use a mater key to let us in. Unfortunately, everything in the room is powered by the room key being inserted by the light switch. WE DID NOT HAVE A KEY so we had not lights. We had no lights in the bathroom or room and had to use our cell phone flash lights to see where we were going. The TV was on welcoming us to the room but there was not remote. Called front desk for a remote and was put on hold for 23 minutes. I hung up and called back to find out that MAINTANCE was gone for the night and no TV remotes to be found. SO, we paid $290.00 for 11 hours in a hotel room with no lights or TV. I spoke to the front desk on the Sunday morning, and explained what happened. Josh (working the desk) was apologetic but offered no reason as to why we were not contacted when the card system went back up or why they didn't bring a remote once they had access to one. There was no making it right on their part so sorry HILTON- i will remain Marriott loyal for future trips.

This hotel could be so great but our room had not been properly cleaned in the kitchen area with the dishwasher containing dirty dishes and we had no dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid or dish cloth or dish towel. The bed linens both looked like they had been already slept in. The duvet cover just has a small section to hold the top of the duvet so is always falling out . Awful. The breakfast was well done and the area clean. The facilities including rooftop bar, snooker table, foosball table and walkability to the pier area are great . Housekeeping needs sorting out and new duvet covers brought in that actually cover the duvet .

Nefasta experiencia. Primera noche no se podía apagar el aire xq estaba roto. Lo cambiaron y al segundo día no encendía. No pude dormir la primera noche x el frió de la habitación. Me cargaron a mi cuenta consumos que no correspondían. Me dijeron que el gerente había autorizado descuento x mis inconvenientes y al hacer check out no lo realizaron. Pedí hablar con el gerente, el cual no se encontraba en el hotel. Conozco la cadena hace muchos años y en múltiples destinos. El personal de esta locación no está a la altura de Hilton, empezando con el gerente al cual no se lo podía molestar según la recepción. Recuérdenle que el huésped es la razón x la cual el hotel opera, siempre es prioritario.

I paid extra for ocean view for 3 days. I was told there was nothing available on my arrival , but to check next morning. I reserved 5 weeks ahead of time. There was no toilet paper or any soap in the room. The lady working at night in front lobby was being rude… i tried to get a refund and was told i took the room like that already. This was me and my family favorite hotel. Not anymore

I hope that some constructive criticism will help. I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times since June. The people are friendly and very helpful. Everything up to this visit was really nice and clean. The shower had some mold and the toilet paper holder was broke. Please don’t let the property go downhill. It’s a great location and don’t want to see it go down

Home2Suites Pompano Beach is in the heart of Pompano Beach, located just a half a block from the beach and the Fisher Family Pier. The hotel offers a generous complimentary breakfast with many options and has many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Staff is very accessible, helpful, and friendly. Parking is available on street (metered) or in the City parking garage located next door (billed to your room at $21/night with unlimited in/out access). The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub are located on the 2nd floor, are also very clean, and provide a limited ocean view. We will absolutely stay at Home2Suites Pompano Beach in the future.

Personnels accueillants et agréables à l'arrivée. Près de tout à pied et facile pour le stationnement. Petit déjeuner compris est parfait, mais le personnel est indifférent côté salle a manger, pas de sourire, pas de bonjour. Ils ont l'air blasés. La chambre est confortable et pratique côte cuisine, mais pourrait être mieux équipée. Je recommande cet hôtel.
