This is the best place I’ve ever stayed. Super clean, modern and comfortable. The staff go out of their way to make these apartments feel like you are at home. We stayed here over the holidays and they brought us Christmas cake and New Year’s gift. The staff are so thoughtful. The quality of everything is amazing-towels, kitchen equipment, bedding, pillows. We were really sad to leave this place. I would recommend parking in one of the nearby lots as the narrow streets in Ponta Delgada are a bit stressful. Overall this place and the staff are amazing!!!

Exactly what we're expecting, and amazingly friendly and helpful people to boot. Very central location walkable to everything. Spacious and well appointed apartment. Totally recommend for a B&B apartment rental

The property is in immaculate conditions. Rooms are very modern, clean, fully equipped. The staff are amazing, welcoming and friendly and work really hard to make your stay memorable. I recommend this place

È da molto che devo scrivere questa recensione. Camere con angolo cottura con arredamento delizioso e curato. Piscina, sauna e bagno turco sul roof. Personale molto cordiale e splendida colazione di qualità à la carte.

Struttura ben organizzata, un po' fuori dalle righe. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile nelle prenotazioni e nei suggerimenti..Posizione strategica con possibilità di posteggio. Prima colazione, anche se personalizzabile, un po' carente.

I stayed three nights at this amazing hotel, probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in! It looks exactly like the pictures and was in a great location. The room was extremely well-equipped, with pretty much anything and everything you could want or need. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even offering to book me an early morning taxi to the airport before I could even ask. Breakfasts were delicious and delivered to your room, and for my early departure it was delivered the night before! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We had an exceptional stay at Casa da Galeria. The staff were a real delight and very welcoming, the service of a palace, no less! We read that the breakfast was excellent and had high expectations that were not only met but exceded. Now let's talk about the architecture and the art, everything in every nook and corners were of such good taste, everything was pleasing to look at. If you hesitate, don't! Treat yourself and stay at Casa da Galeria, you won't be disappointed! Muito obrigado!

The staff went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay. The hotel is close to downtown and parking close by. A delicious breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this place! Welcoming, helpful staff; large, comfortable, and spotless rooms. Rooms include quality kitchen appliances, tableware, & cookware. The breakfast is ample, with many local products. The bed is excellent too. Plus, the hotel has a small pool, sauna, stem room, and cardio-equipment. In fact, this place is so perfect I hesitate to recommend it, on the chance it becomes perpetually booked. … Only one thing some people may find off putting is nearby traffic noise (despite the hotels double (triple?) glazed windows. It isn’t constant & and is the norm in Ponta Delgada’s center.
