九點艾佐爾藝術精品飯店(Nine Dots Azorean Art Boutique Hotel)

Excelente, é o que tenho a dizer. Tudo 5 estrelas, o atendimento e a atenção com o cliente, o conforto, a piscina. A decoração deste hotel chama-nos à atenção até no pequeno detalhe, a piscina é de uma calmaria e descanso, o conforto no quarto é espetacular. Só coisas boas a falar deste hotel, já para não falar que ao ver a data de nascimento do meu namorado no cartão de cidadão, tiveram o carinho de levar um mini bolinho ao quarto com uma vela, um gesto que certamente não será esquecido. Obrigada.

Hotel excelente. El trato de todo el personal es muy bueno y profesional. La habitación cómoda, muy bonita y con todos los detalles bien cuidados. El restaurante para desayunar y cenar con muy buen servicio. Piscina spa y masajes también muy agradables.

When booking our trip to Ponta Delgada and trying to decide on a hotel, we kept coming back to Nine Dots. We were hesitant because it was a new property (just opened in March 2024), so there were very few reviews to go off. Ultimately, we decided to go through with booking at Nine Dots and omg - I cannot recommend this place enough. To start, our flight was a red eye so we arrived in Ponta at 6:45 am. We picked up our car at the airport (booked through GoRentACar Sao Miguel, highly recommend) and because it was SO early, we weren't sure what to do. We decided to go right to the hotel and get our bearings and explore until we were able to check into our room. The front desk staff were some of the nicest people we met on the island. They immediately offered us breakfast (complimentary with your stay) and said they would get our room ready. We had the most incredible breakfast and by 9:30 am, we were in our room which was SO nice because we definitely needed to shower and change before starting our day. The location is unbeatable. Right on one of the central streets with all the restaurants and shops you could want around you. They have the cutest little outdoor patio, and every floor of the hotel has terraces and quaint areas to sit outside with drinks or a book. I seriously can't explain enough how beautifully curated everything is, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, or how amazing the food and drinks are. The complimentary breakfast is 11/10. Upon sitting, you're given the most delicious bread board with local jams, honey, and spreads. Between making your own omelet to a protein chia bowl, it exceeded my expectations. The salt water indoor heated pool was UNREAL. My boyfriend and I did extensive hiking everyday, so to come back to the hotel and have a cocktail followed by relaxing in the pool was the best way to relax. We didn't get to book any massage services during our stay because we ended up doing so much and didn't have time, but next time!

Nine dots hotel is amazing. We received a very warm welcome, suitcases were brought to the room and the staff did their utmost. The food was of quality, the room was clean and the staff did everything they could to give you a great stay. Huge recommend. Thank you to the entire staff because in the end it was them who did it. Thank you!

I can't say enough about what a great place this is. It is a brand new hotel, right downtown and the closest hotel to the city gates. It had exceptional service and friendly staff who were helpful with directions and advice. Everything was perfect. You should see the pool! Thank you the entire Nine Dots team for an excellent stay. Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Ponta Delgada S,Miguel (Not Flores island) Love the fact that the wall's of this little gem are cover with azorean art work. Little library nook on the 4th floor with window seating. Amazing pool giving a luxury spa experience. Very good experience, good service, amazing food at the restaurant at dinner time. Breakfast lacks a bit of consistency. Tempura was perfect first time,second time greasy ,and fries soggy . Desserts are really amazing tasty with a Michelin flair. Definitely gonna return in the summer.

Location, hospitality, comfort, cleanliness, design, art, menu variety, freshness of ingredients, excellent wine selection. Newly opened hotel I was honoured to be the first guest greeted by a welcome card from the hotel manager Paulo Araùjo and the kindness and helpfulness of reservation Manager Pedro Magalhães and his colleagues at reception. The taste in the dishes prepared by the Portuguese Chef in the Italian restaurant "Ect." made my stay unforgettable. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You are a winning team . Infinitely repeatable experience.
