Absolutely fantastic stay! 10/10 would recommend. The jacuzzi (which everyone has access to) has a fantastic view.

Bonita construcción en parte nueva y en parte aprovechando edificio anterior. Pocas habitaciones (10) y solo adultos, lo cual garantiza tranquilidad y relax. Buen servicio, habitaciones suficientes, baños un poco justos y falta de luz en habitaciones, baño y armario. Detalles acogedores como chimenea en habitación. Quizás falta algo de espacios comunes para días de mal tiempo.

I cannot say enough good things about the White. The place is a beautiful and quiet hideaway with stunning views, beautiful rooms and excellent food. The service was beyond amazing. The entire team is so friendly and goes out of their way to ensure that the guests have a good experience. Joao, the manager, is one of the kindest human beings I have ever met. Needless to say, we will be back there for future stays.

I stayed at a couple different hotels in Azores during my recent trip, in order to best explore the island, but the White Exclusive Suites took the cake! I booked during high season so it was expensive but worth every penny. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help. Upon check in, they give you a cell phone so that you aren't using your personal data and can navigate the island with ease. They also make all your reservations, give great recommendations, and are available 24/7 via WhatsApp. As stated in other reviews, the food at the hotel is incredible as is the service staff. Plus, their kitchen easily accommodated my dietary restrictions. I stayed in a unique suite (U1) and enjoyed all the personality of the converted wine cellar. My room was clean and quiet - I didn't experience any issues with hearing other guests or staff and slept very peacefully. They deliver a bedtime ritual which includes spray for your pillows and a herbal tea that are both supposed to help with preparing you for bed. It was a well received nightcap. The views at the property are top tier and because there are only 10 suites, no space is ever over crowded. My biggest compliment goes to the massage therapist. I had the salt detox ritual, which is seasonal, and it was an INCREDIBLE experience. First, the massage is done in a tent that opens to and overlooks the ocean. Being able to hear the water really aides in relaxation. Second, the therapist is amazing at his craft - very connected to energy and bodies. My whole being felt "detoxed" after our session. Overall, I highly recommend everything this hotel has to offer. It's truly a luxe experience and the value far exceeds cost.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Sao Miguel, stop looking and book this property. I cannot say enough good things about it. From the first moment we got there, the customer service is unmatched. The food was delicious, breakfast is included and was our favorite part of the day. Room was clean, comfortable, and included everything we could possibly need. Staff was extremely friendly and helped us plan where we should go during the day. We stayed a week and it was hard to leave this beautiful property! We went in the winter (January), so the weather wasn’t ideal but they have space heaters on the patios/heat the pool etc to make it more comfortable. We will be back!

Das sehr kleine Hotel liegt in einem Vorort von Lagoa unmittelbar über dem Kliff, an dem sich bei (häufig vorkommendem Wind) donnernd die Wellen brechen. Das winzige Restaurant bietet ein Frühstück, das serviert wird und sich nie ändert, was bei elf Nächten eintönig ist. Den "Wow-Effekt" konnten wir nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Unser Zimmer lag im ersten Stock (was gut war, denn ebenerdig konnte jeder in die Zimmer von außen hineinsehen, der auf der Terrasse ging) war kahl, mit viel zu kleinem Schrank. Das Bad war grau in grau, die Handtuchhalter in 1,8m Höhe (daneben stand eine kleine Leiter.....), Wohlfühlzimmer sehen anders aus. Vielleicht sind die anderen Zimmer ja gemütlicher. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr nett. Abendessen waren wir hier zweimal; hohe Preise bei Kleinstportionen, aber die Quaiität war gut. Ohne Auto ist man hier ziemlich eingeschränkt. Auch sollte man bei der Planung berücksichtigen, dass ab Mitte Oktober tagelang Regen angesagt sein kann. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt ok, aber nach den vielen positiven Bewertungen hätten wir uns mehr erwartet.

Sehr angenehmes, kleines Hotel mit der Möglichkeit, la villa oder la maison zu mieten...... tolles Ambiente, leckere Küche, sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber ..... die Tipps für Ausflüge, Boote oder Restaurant waren jeweils gold richtig. wir waren sehr gerne auf der Terrasse, am Pool oder mit einem leckeren Drink. Das la maison war schön, grosszügig und sehr konfortabel. Das gute, kleine Restaurant haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Uma experiência inesquecível com serviços atenciosos, atenção ao detalhe, facilidades de elevada qualidade e um cenário de cortar a respiração. Boa localização a curta distância de carro do centro, priviligia a tranquilidade.
