莫斯曼度假別墅(Mossman Resort Holiday Villas)

This was the best place for a family holiday. We were an extended family and the owners treated us so well, helping to accomodate 4 separate families. Throughout our time here, we experienced comfortable, spacious accomodation, friendly staff and a great swimming pool. The location is perfect to access all the great experiences North Queensland has to offer. Mossman Gorge close by. Only 20 minutes to Port Douglas for reef tours or a night out. We have really happy memories of our week here.

We booked the room late in the evening of the day of our arrival. The booking has been confiremd by *******. The night manager refused to the check-in and claimed an extra charge of nearly 200 Aus $ before she handled the key. She also refused to write an invoice. We have just the slip of the credit card payment. We do not understand that a confirmed ******* booking and payment ist not suffcient. If I can not rely on a confirmend ******* booking Iwill no longer book via *******

The hosts were wonderful! We had a great nights sleep, the accommodation was perfect for our family of five. Loved the pool and the communal kitchen.

The cottage was tidy but no soap, shampoo or conditioner provided.

Close to Mossman on the main road. Although reasonably close to the road it was quiet. The detached rooms were well spaced for privacy and with paths only through the complex there was no worries about traffic.

Very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. beds super comfy. Common kitchen area had everything you need with a pool side setting. Close to shops and town. easy to find and would definitely stay again.

Would have definitely stayed longer if I hadn’t been on a tight travelling schedule.
