Perfect view of the water front… clean and comfortable room. Friendly and Welcoming staff. My room toilet had a small leak and it was attended to promptly. Pathways and Corridors kept clean even when the place is busy with customers. Really enjoyed my stay❤️

The hotel bathrooms are very small and not clean. The hotel is in a very good location, the breakfast was horrible, even simple bacon and egg was not good. The staff is friendly. There are no common areas, we travelled as a family , we could not sit in common area.

The hotel facilities, staff, and breakfast were excellent. I was only unhappy with the extremely noisy guests that were on the first floor (Reception Level). The noise began at 9 pm and escalated. I had to eventually bring it to the receptionist's attention at 11:00 pm before anything was done about it. Very dissapointing !!!

It is important to listen to individual guests' needs and tailor your offering accordingly for instance if I am an introvert who prefers to have meals alone in my room - breakfast included. Guest e-mails regarding bookings etc must be read ahead of time so they do not have to prove anything they sent prior on arrival

The staff was great people to interact with, much hospitality and very clean and tidy rooms. Comfortable beds with fluffy pillows. The management made sure that we were well served and they met our expertise. Nice and well cooked food.

Gate controle not working...had to wait a long time before the gate was opened.

This was a comfortable airport hotel good for an overnight before an early morning flight -- walk across the street to car rental agencies and the terminal. While the room and bathroom were pretty barebones, they were adequate for our needs. The restaurant, while a limited menu, was surprisingly good. The only glitch was that the front desk had told us they could pack a breakfast (included in the nightly rental) for our early morning flight, the next morning the staff advised us that was not correct.
