La habitación grande, decorada con buen gusto y muy cómoda, con una terraza grande y un baño grande y muy limpio. El desayuno bien y barato. Una pena que no es fácil conseguir habitación, casi siempre está al completo.

My favourite place in PE

Lovely place, incredibly friendly and efficient team of ladies to welcome you, I asked if breakfast could be served in my room at 6:45 and it arrived on the dot and was delicious. The gym was a great added value for me and the room was comfy and clean. Will definitely stay here again!

No complaints everything was on order . I would encourage people to use it , it’s in the centre of Port Elizabeth, accessible to the airport, their breakfast is very nice and they even do room service

I think it was okay in terms of what I needed it for. It wasnt anything special in terms of the experience I had around the service when arriving and leaving as well as the food. The rooms were neat and the bed comfortable.

Amazing place to stay. The heated indoor pool was great. Friendly staff, clean and secure premises. Will definitely be coming again as my little daughter loved the pool. Room head a great view and was very cosy.

Great stay, recommend it for anyone needing a place to stay in PE. And the food service is convient. And if you feel like the heat indoor pool is always a plus. Parking was also convient for me. So over, all good!

This has been the worst management/admin I have seen from an accommodation establishment. We booked in on the 26th of December. Upon arrival the reception lady on duty was not very welcoming or helpful. She looked uninterested and inconvenienced by our arrival(Keeping in mind we have booked far in advance). This being said we left at 04.30 the next morning. On the 28th my father noticed that he had forgotten one of his belongings at your facility. I then proceeded to contact your management/admin on phone calls and whatsapp messages. Up to today still NO answer or any sign of communication from your side. I will not be returning or recommending your establishment to anyone. This is a shame as your guesthouse really could do so much better if you drop the poor management.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly when and where ever we saw them.. everything was neat amd clean. They even alowed us to have my family that we did not see in ages over for coffee and that meant the world to us. Thank you we realy enjoyed staying with you... it made the long drive worth it... even for my mother that struggles to move around was comfortable... thank you xx
