維多利亞公寓(The Victoria Apartments)

Apar**ent was nice with a garage. Located near some restaurants in a small town. On a side note, do ask trip.com to fwd any check in email from apar**ent to you. Had trouble checking in as trip.com did not forward the pre checkin email to us, and the intercom for the accomm on site kept hanging up after 10 seconds. Had to call them (via roaming) many times b4 we finally checked in.

It was disappointing stay at the Victoria Apar**ents, unfortunately. We did not receive, what we booked. What we got was a "shoe box" sized room - Very small. And for the price that was payed too was outrageous. We found upon arrival, that the toilet was not cleaned as there were still feace stains on the toilet bowl. The shower door didnt close/seal when used and water leaked out, flooding the bathroom floor. The kitchen bench had not been wiped clean as there were coffee spills on it still from the people prior. The blinds were all torn at the bottom. It was also a very noisy room as you could hear everything the people were doing up stairs above us in the 2 bedroom apar**ent (that we thought we were getting/booked). This included them talking and using the bathroom and them coming and going up the stairs.

Property was comfortable except for commotion upstairs of lots of very loud music noises and many people until 3 & 4 AM on 2 consecutive nights of our 3 night stay. Garage not secure due to upstairs “party” and roller door being opened. Out of hours contact number for reception not answering. After we complained of above problem we were allocated another apar**ent which was peaceful and comfortable with late checkout.

The Victoria was pretty much perfect. The place itself was gorgeous and staff super friendly. The bedding however, in particular the pillows, smelled really bad. It was in the end quite hard to sleep.

We had a 2 bedroomed apar**ent which was very spacious and very well equipped-great value for money. It was walking distance to everything and the staff were helpful and friendly

Lovely comfortable apar**ent in good location in the heart of town with secure parking

For what you get VERY overpriced. Corners or room showing damp mould, very small rooms, and bedding too uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in Melbourne cbd appar**ents that are bigger and cheaper. Lack of ammenities - no pool or dining facilities.

Having to check in online was so inconvenient! I will never stay there again!!!
