Nice room but window looking out to the main hallway that didn't quite close properly was a little weird. Bed was okay.

The foyer was very nice and open. The hotel is dated, staying somewhere dated doesn't bother me at all. I did not like how unclean everything was, my sink had mold near the drain and grime in the sink. The tub had gapes in the caulking and mold was there too, the lamps were pretty diludty and tge toilet had grime in the bowl.The pool there was grime all aling the sides of the pools,

Check in quick and great service by Lorraine at the desk. She had responded to my message before arriving and was on the ball when we got there. Room was fairly average but really appreciated the cleanliness and that they placed us where I requested. Food at the Tavern United was good pub faire. Especially liked that they had this sliced steak dish my husband who’s diet is keto could have - that was great!

I liked the country/homey feel of this hotel. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and cute. Carpets could use cleaning. Was freezing rain the night before. There should have been salt on ice. Was very treacherous walking outside.

Facility was fine, room was small and face into pool, would have preferred an outside room.
The heater/air conditioner was very noisy, the bed was soft and lumpy..pillowers lumpy also.
Did enjoy the Coca Cola can.

Check in and check out was very simple. The property is outdated but fun for groups. It has a lot of common areas, a curling rink, a tavern, vlt lounge, pool and waterslide. The stay was typical, not wowing but not disappointing.

Decent rooms for what you pay. I did have a mixup with my damage deposit front desk accidentally gave me $100 instead of charging initially but that was corrected right away and the staff was super helpful.
