Great hotel in a great location. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Old Port. Highly recommended.

Lovely experience at check-in which went quickly. Fabulous room- new, comfortable, quiet, great lighting. Eco-friendly - glasses for water, toiletries in shower (rather than little throw-always). Love the cocoa in lobby! Highly recommend.

Staff was friendly, an location is good for walking to nearby Ol’Port area. The ice machine was down on our floor an another floor so floor 6, 5 & 4th floor where all trying to get ice from the 4th floor causing it to also keep being out of ice. While staying there an employee entered our room use a hotel pass entry card, an came into our room unannounced, he didn’t knock or say anything use entered our room while one of us was in the restroom an full viewable from the room entrance. Coffee and towels were only replaced once requested after a few there’s without being refreshed and garbage the same.

This hotel is beautifully maintained and scrupulously clean. We were only there on an overnight stay after a brutal travel schedule, but our room and the whole property were really lovely. The only criticism/question we had was regarding parking at this property. We weren’t directed to any type of self-park situation and instead it looks like the only option is valet. It seems like parking is a problem in that part of Portland, but it needs to be explained to visitors better before getting charged $38.

The hotel is right where you want to be, across the street from the harbor and easily walkable to many restaurants. We loved the decor in our room and in the hotel. Very clean and modern. Easy to use the valet for parking without a hassle. We requested the car while in the elevator and it was there by the time we made it to the circle drive.

We travel to Portland about three times a year. We decided to try the AC because it was much cheaper than where we usually stay. The decor was stunning and our room was luxurious. The hotel bar served as a great night cap. We will be back.

every staff member i interacted with was friendly and helpful. my room was modern, clean, and spacious. the valet was friendly and prompt. it was perfectly located close to old port, the walking path, and the east promenade. breakfast was great and there were a lot of great options
