波特蘭機場萬豪SpringHill飯店(SpringHill Suites Portland Airport)

Very clean and comfortable. I thought I had left a bracelet behind. I called hotel immediately and asked them to check table in room. Samara was so kind. He immediately check the room. Under the bed and everywhere. I then realized i had packed it the night before. When I called and told him he was most gracious and glad I had found it.

This hotel is convenient, priced well and is what you would expect, good service from staff in a a hotel convenient fir airport travel. Hopefully this is not a regular thing but as our wonderful shuttle driver took us out to the van, several guests weee smoking pot just outside the doors making the entrance and the van fill with the stench. This just cannot be allowed. The hallways on our floor and elevator so smelled from time to time.

Very friendly. The check in was super quick. This hotel was also one of the most comfortable e have stayed in recently. Would stay again.

Booked this hotel as we needed the airport shuttle at 4am. Hotel was comfortable, several places to eat within walking distance and the staff was helpful in making sure everyone made the airport shuttle. The morning guy even called one person on the list at 3:50am to make sure he was awake and on his way down. We would stay again if we travel through PDX.

Nice clean hotel, close to airport. Good breakfast selection. Not much to do around the area. Easy self parking.

Very nice hotel; it is clean and spacious. The breakfast choices are very limited, but decent.

Overall room was clean. Would’ve preferred a more structured pillow. Shower had excellent water pressure and was very hot. The only thing is the heater made a noise all night long that sounded like something was dripping and that was disturbing.

The gentleman who checked me in was great! He was kind, attentive and knew his job very well! Appreciated the warm smile while trying to get to our warm room and catch some zzzz’s. Only ding was breakfast was subpar. I have been to a few other SpringHill suites with more variety and more food period. A hour before the breakfast closed, there were no breakfast sandwiches or sausage. Poor woman at the breakfast area was also the airport shuttle driver. All in all stay was still pleasant and we Will be back again! Thank you

Love SpringHill. The filter in the room is dirty and needs to be changed. Upon arrival the room was fine but after I turned on the air a bit the room smeels musty. I did tell the front desk so that it can be addressed. We got back to the room too late to think of doing anything ladt night about it. Woke up this morning all stuffed up.
