We went here for our 13th anniversary. Perfect location. Close to dining, and the Spirit dinner cruise.

Well the overall experience went from bad to worse to okay. Long story short I ordered food and the front desk guy ate my food and lied about it. They did make it up but it’s the fact that it so disrespectful to eat someone else’s food and lie about it. The turkey breakfast sausage was very dry and tough. Wish they had more options. Bed was comfy. They were also renovating the hotel which was cool.

The hotel was under construction so the pool was closed and breakfast was served in a makeshift location. We wish we would have been informed prior to booking. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a bad area so be aware all the time. Car alarms went off for hours during the night, a SWAT team was present at the local Target and derelicts at the nearby convenience store. I will not stay there again for that reason.

One of the two breeds had sheets that didn't appear to be totally clean and the construction has you feeling like you were walking through a war zone. A building in the area has an alarm going off for over an hour in the middle of the night . I know this wasn't the Hotel's fault, but it does speak to the area that this hotel is in.

The staff were super friendly. Unfortunately the property is under construction for a remodel. This would have been nice to know since the pool and jacuzzi were closed and wont be open until late November. I chose this location for the amenities but could use none of them.
