Housekeeping forgot to service my room last Monday

Super hôtel! Beaucoup de choix pour le déjeuner. Belle piscine.

The staff were amazing and the breakfast was great. We also loved the evening receptions. The rooms were great and the beds comfy. Will definitely be back.

We love Embassy's convenient location, dining option, and staff who are friendly and accommodating.

We took our 4 granddaughters to Embassy Suites for an overnight Winter birthday party. The girls loved the pool which was clean, opened early and stayed open late. The included breakfast was wonderful---They had so much fun picking whatever they wanted from the many breakfast choices available. They are already asking to return again next year.

What kind of hotel offers comp drinks only to get forced to eat before I’m “allowed” to have another. A bartender cannot force me to eat #1. I have never been to a bar that didn’t want to make money and wouldn’t serve me just because she didn’t want to. I was not “visually impaired” and I did nothing to deserve such treatment. Sam should be fired.

Our whole experience was wonderful--convenient location, good amenities, pleasant, helpful personnel, staff who said hello. We each felt that the restaurant was exceptional!

Breakfast is described as "made to order", yet the only aspect which is made to order is omelet bar which could not be utilized onFriday morning because the line was so long. We waited in line for 25 minutes to get to the "already made food" in cafeteria style and then there was ANOTHER line to wait in (approx. 15-20 minutes) to get to omelets to be made. In spite of this inconvenience, the rest of our stay at this hotel was quite nice. Staff was friendly and courteous, lobby was attractive and spacious, room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
