Housekeeping forgot to service my room last Monday

Super hôtel! Beaucoup de choix pour le déjeuner. Belle piscine.

The staff and service were excellent. The location is perfect if you are flying. The early morning coffee, tea and snacks are wonderful. The billing issues were a major problem-I'm not sure if that was the hotel's or *******'s mix up, but it's very frustrating.

Room was nice BUT web sites says there is a hot tub and there is not. I picked this hotel because it says there is a hot tub and then they tell me you have to walk outside in order to get to the pool that has no changing area or bathroom. I’m very disappointed about the hot tub. I would have picked a different hotel that did have a hot tub if I would have known. Front desk said they haven’t had one for a couple of years now so why is it still on the web site.

Managers complimentary snack at end of day, frontdesk service very pleasant at all hours and location was fantastic ...... Only 1 elevator working , so kudos to staff who keep deferring to guests on elevator rides.....they had to wait long periods to go up ir down

Great hotel, only downside was there was only one working elevator and the one that was working was very slow and always a lot of people waiting. Other than that friendly staff, convenient area and nice rooms.

The check in was a little slow (one person with 3 people waiting). I had a 5 am flight to go out of the country and the guy checking in, told me that I didn’t need to get to the airport until 4 because no one would be at TSA until 4:00 so I should be in the lobby at 3:55. When I got to the lobby there were about 20 people in line for a 6 person shuttle…so I would have to wait to for at least 4 round trips before I could get on a shuttle. Several people let me in front of them as they had slightly later flights but others didn’t. Although I asked if they were on the first flight (going to Detroit) they said no but wouldn’t let me in. I forced myself in to the front seat with a very large suitcase which i sprawled over(very illegally and dangerously) and checked in at 4:15 for a 4:30 boarding time. If I didn’t have sky priority and TSA I never would have made my flight.

Love having the living room area in addition to the bedroom. Breakfast is top notch, the home fries, bacon and omelettes are delicious. Ordered room service instead of goi g out, kids thought it was fancy. Did not get alcohol, but kids and I enjoyed the appetizers and punch at cocktail hour for free
