We checked in Saturday for a single night stay. Our first room had a used cotton swab in the trash and was missing body soap in the bathroom- both of these things were not so bad and we just shrugged it off. However, a few hours after we checked in I saw that the toilet had started to continuously run water and was un-flushable. We call down to the front desk and are told that there’s no other staff on duty and maintenance is gone until Monday, but the receptionist was kind enough to get us an immediate room switch. All seems well and we have a restful night, but found ANTS crawling around the TV stand that morning.

The rooms, staff and service were great. I was thankful that we got to park below, due to the full parking lot above, without the 20.00 fee, which shouldn’t exist. The gym equipment, elliptical and treadmill where not working in regards to adjusting settings. I was very disappointed.

So I got another $25 holding fee on top of paying for the hotel in advance. Surprise more fees. the breakfast was gross other than the prepackaged Items. Defiantly not worth $156. Also, no nice bath tub, no robes, no slippers. The hot tub is so chlorinated your skin peels. You would think in this day and age they wouldn't be using harsh chemicals that burn your skin, body, and hair. This is A bed to sleep in and the staff was friendly.

Check in was less than ideal - booked a king suite and was originally put in a 2 queen standard room with food left in the fridge. Went to the front desk and inquired… I was told that I booked whatever was available and was then given a king standard room that appeared to be clean

Staff was super friendly, breakfast was hearty with lots of choices. My two complaints were that the tv had very few channels that were not paid advertising or shopping channels, and it wasn't a smart tv that I could just link the Hulu from my phone. The local channels weren't even in the package, so I couldn't even just watch the local news. Seriously hundreds of channels of infomercials and home shopping. The bigger issue was the elevator went out right as we got here. The AC was out in the car, the temp was hovering between 107 and 109 getting here. We barely made it, we were feeling pretty woozy. We check in, find our room, go out to get our stuff and then we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get back to our room. The vending machine was out on our floor so we had to walk up and down stairs to get a drink.

It was quiet, easy to find and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful! They even helped us brainstorm a way to get our vehicle with a kayak attached to the top into their parking lot. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the whole place was very clean. We didn't stay for long or experience the breakfast as we were a part of a swim competition and had to leave very early in the morning.
