波特蘭機場喜來登飯店(Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel)

The room I was in has not been maintained in 30 years. The carpet was so greasy and sticky, I had to put my sheets on the floor to walk on it. The comforter was a vinyl material and very stained -see picture. This did not seem to be a house keeping issue, the bathroom was clean. This is a management and an upkeep issue. I paid $242 a night for this room. Do not stay in this hotel.

A great hotel to stay in while traveling in the Portland area! Comfortable rooms and low noise considering it's next to the runway. They do put earplugs in the room for anyone who is a lighter sleeper. A nice restaurant with good food and excellent service is available. And Starbucks brand coffee in their coffee shop, with quick bites for the morning!

I've stayed at this hotel multiplies times in the past 10 years. This was the first time the experience wasn't great. From elevators out of service to the pool out of service. The whole facility was dirty looking and outstated, which was a super disappointment for a hotel that's $200 a night. 2/10 stars would not recommend.

I have stayed here before and this was an incredibly disappointing night. I don’t believe my sheets had been changed… The popcorn ceiling was peeling… Room service brought me the wrong order and could not replace it because the kitchen closed… The heater didn’t work and there was one thin blanket on the bed in Portland in January… But the most upsetting part was that orbitz actually charged me a higher rate than the hotel would have directly… I will never book through Orbitz again.

Excellent, convenient check-in by knowledgeable staff. Convenient shuttle to airport with no waiting. Room location was next to loud elevator. We'll stay there again but not in a room so close to the elevator.

Highly recommend this spot… exceptional facility and everything has been terrific!

I was greeted by a rather nonchalant clerk upon check-in. I was given a ground floor room and I asked if I could have another room on a higher floor and his reply did not make a great deal of sense to me. I was tired so did not push the issue. I was surprised by a $15 a night parking fee which I thought was ridiculous considering the location. The suite I paid for was rather dreadful and not worth the price. The ceiling in the bathroom looked liked someone nailed panels together I did have dinner in the onsite restaurant and the food and service was great. The server was AMAZING! When I checked out, one clerk was on the phone and the other standing there did not say one word to me. I dropped of my key and left. Overall, this was not a good representation of the the Sheraton brand.

Had issues with the TV. It was hard to find channels and the TV shut off all the tine
