Im Großen und Ganzen recht mittelmäßig.

Phone was not plugged in for local service/calling front desk (phone jack was messed up), found bug on outer bed spread. I traveled during snow event in January 2024 and during third night of my stay the heater wasn't able to keep room above 60 degrees. I had a misunderstanding with front desk staff and they initially tried to re-magnetize my keys (possible English not as primary language), but eventually I was provided another blanket and I got a cup of hot water from coffee machine. This place is serviceable and provides parking on a first come first serve basis but do not expect it to go above and beyond or even well when tested. Front desk staff didn't seem to have a mechanism to call after hours maintenance... I think the issue was a system supply/draw issue but had it really been an issue in the middle of the night you couldn't call anyone? And the front desk staff only stay until midnight...

I thought that the clerk behind the counter was really great, and I actually recognized him from another one of your properties that he used to work at over off of 82nd. That being said, I do believe that if you have worthy customers that continue to return that may be waiving the hundred dollar cash deposit would be a good thing as a thank you for continued patronage and building trust. I’ve stayed at your hotel, five or six different times even though I’m local. The beds are comfortable, and it’s a very convenient location. That is what I would like to see and it’s minimal effort on your part but would go a long way in reattracting and thanking regular customers.

The property needs to be a little bit better maintained. The shower door in our room didn't close. The rubber seal on our mini fridge was falling off. The homeless situation in the area is pretty bad. Anytime I was outside at night they were coming up to the patio area to look for cigarettes left in the ashtrays or digging through the garbage. The staff was friendly and helpful and for the price it can't be beat.

I have stayed here many times over the years. Even way back with the old owners. Its an older hotel so nothing fancy. But the staff is always amazing, decently priced, and location is great. You just walk over the bridge and there is the water front and voodoo doughnuts!! Plus free parking!!

I had a room close to where all gusts are passing by or stopped (table just in font my door, with a cigarette so not the 10 feet distance we’re respected). Inside the room, it needs to be renovated so maybe this is what they plan to do after the outside. The bed was very comfortable, fridge very efficient. No coffee maker.

Hotel switched to new management between booking and check in. We had an issue with the the wrong card being charged even after contacting the hotel in advance because of this change to new management. Hotel was also under intensive renovation during stay because of painting. Difficult to navigate around paint covers to get in and around the building.
