I went to wash my hands in the sink in my room and the water scalded my hands. I told the receptionist and she apologized. I have blisters on my hand, I don’t think the water is supposed to come out that extremely hot. Thank goodness I realized before I washed my little boys hands or else I would’ve had to take him into the hospital. At least I got an apology for leaving with blisters. Won’t be staying again

My wife, daughter, and I stayed for two days. The two most disappointing things were the wifi was not working for the two days and I had to use my phone as a hotspot for work and my daughter, and they "forgot" to clean our room. We try to spoil ourselves when we take these mini vacations, and these two issue spoiled some of the fun. The breakfasts and the pool and hot tub were at least good. The TV was the smallest we have had in years during a hotel stay like this, so my wife and I had to wear our glasses to watch, which we are used to not needing when watching a hotel room TV.

I found roaches in my room. I slept all night with lights on. Asked for a credit on my room and to date have not received it. Not in a good part of town for a Lacquinta never felt safe. Will never go back to this one.

Staff vacuumed outside the door at 9am woke us up. Then housekeeping knocked around 10am. Other than that Very happy with the whole stay. Very clean and LOVE the hot tub is 24/7. Boyfriend and I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

I paid $1,011.66 for no servicing of my room for 5 days. We put the tag outside our room for service the first day we were there and only then did we discover that you only service rooms every 5 days. No spare toilet rolls. 4 Keurig coffee pods to last 5 days. If you had let me know this is the type of service I would receive I feel you took my money under false pretenses. Is this the type of service you are offering at all your La Quintas from now on? Such a shame.

Checked into my room late at night and first thing when I open the door with a strange smell. Couldn’t tell if it was a fish smell that someone had used the fridge or microwave and left behind or just mold. Turned up the AC to get the air flowing in the smell dissipated a bit, but after leaving the room and coming back in it was clear that it was something inside there. Ended up with a double queen room and one of the beds had hair in it. Luckily we were a couple and we just slept in the other bed. 24hour pool and breakfast were the only good parts of the stay.

It was an ok stay, the room was clean all until I had to shower and noticed there were hand towels hanging up on the curtain rod full of hair. Not ideal, sleeping was terrible, we slept on the first floor and what it sounded like were washer and dryers. Noise didn’t stop until 3-4am.

Horrible hotel. Quiet area only because there's literally nothing around besides industrial buildings. I was told there were shops and food but absolutely nothing besides a subway. Very dirty. Stains on walls and sheets. Jetted hot tub was grimy and gross, floating browns bubbles. Very disappointed and very dissatisfied.

Property itself is very nice and clean. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Location in the city looks sketchy, it's in the industrial district. But, what ya gonna do? Pool and hot tub were awesome!
