Love love love this place and the security and lady working last night and today is amazing

色々とトラブルがありました。 英語が達者で〇物、〇浪者に免疫があり、値段重視なら是非泊まるべきでしょう。 観光や公共機関だけを使う方は別の場所をお勧めします。 ある意味リアルなポートランドを感じたい方は是非泊まってみてください。

Front Desk was friendly. Overall we wanted to check out. Our first room wasn’t clean and looked lived in and we had to change rooms. We were given an upgraded room that wasn’t really an upgrade besides having a bedroom the bedroom was missing a tv and the actual tv in the room was small and didn’t work properly channels with no sound, Static and waves in channels. We reported it and was told it would be fixed and never was. Homeless sleeping in the stairs leading into the hotel from the parking garage. Besides the security and front desk hands down wouldn’t had finished out my stay there.

The dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. My kids dropped a hair tie on the floor and I wouldn’t let them pick it up, there were burns in the furniture and we had 2 towels, not even bath sized for 4 people, there were no blankets on the beds. The tvs were not hooked up or programmed. We watched a movie on our laptop! Also the smell in the entire building was awful. We should’ve just walked back out but we went and bought air fresheners. We were only there for 8 hours before our flight so we decided just to finish our night but we left very happily! The carpet is stained through the whole building. I’m not a clean freak at all so if I find it gross it’s no small feat! The bathroom had not been cleaned for quite some time!!

Heater did not keep room above 50 degrees. Windows cracked. TV got a couple of stations with no sound on one of the few. Staff sits behind bullet proof glass and wouldnt bring blankets when requested. Avoid this place like the plague.

The room was a disaster someone pooped in the kitchen on the wall looked like a crime scene got a free upgrade to a room with 2 beds where only one had the sheets changed. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Terrible place to stay, my room had no heating!!! It was freezing! Surrounding areas full of homeless people, stay away!

The clerk that checked me in was really strange and rattled off things like I couldn’t have candles or anything in the room and then the water was only like warm and the heater wasn’t getting the room warm. Portland was having a winter storm warning and it was very cold in the room
