The lady at the front desk activated cards to our room and gave them to several people before realizing, one couple actually came to our room! Later when we returned from an even out we then find that our cards had been deactivated as well which required getting new cards issued again.The shower curtain had a lot of spotted black mold on it unfortunately I did not take a picture. This was a miserable experience for my wife’s 40th birthday night out.

We booked a room and arrived and were told they overbooked and did not have a room. We were on our way to a show so we’re not able to drop our bags. Although the Hyatt found us another room it was certainly not of equal value and was not in a great location. Because of the error we needed to go back to the Hyatt after the show to retrieve our car from valet and drive to another hotel not arriving until 12:30 AM. Completely unacceptable. We should have been offered a free room for another night

Stated that it was ocean front views I was able to look at a red old brick building with people living in the building waving to me. The bed wasn't comfortable, the fridge was broken and had (2) two drank soda bottles inside and when I confronted the staff at the desk they asked if I was going to stay in my room to wait for the maintenance person, that right waited in the room when they said he was coming up to my room. The Bathroom light was burnt out and the other light was flickering while using the bathroom. My wife and I stayed (2) two nights and had breakfast in the morning but "No regular white Milk" they had oat milk. Then we had to park our vehicle in the garage next to this hotel of $55.00 for two days. Then Tuesday morning the were having fire drills. So basically I spent $725.00 dollars to look out the windows at brick building, $110. to parked my jeep and breakfast wasn't worth eating.

Fabulous location! Extremely comfortable room. Staff were all helpful and kind and the breakfast was really good.

One could walk everywhere from this property. It was great! The pillows are terrible but everything else was good. The coffee was decent!

Everything except the breakfast was top notch. I know I shouldn’t complain about a “free” breakfast, but come on at least make it edible.

My second time staying at this hotel, and the experience was amazing. The staff members are professional, courteous, and friendly. The room is spacious, comfortable, and most importantly, quiet. The free breakfast offers a wide selection of high-quality options that are all delicious. And the price is more than reasonable given the location and the amenities. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our room wasn’t ready till 5:30, we had to cancel our NYE reservations and it took 25 minutes to get our valet after checking out the next morning. Need to staff better.
