Hyatt House Portland/Downtown

首先，酒店周邊沒有便利店。房間裡有方便的廚房，所以我覺得逛街之後來也不錯。 距離市中心很遠，所以我們乘坐電車前往。 這家酒店提供代客泊車服務，收費為每天 49 美元。 如果您不喜歡代客泊車，您可以在晚上 7 點至第二天早上 8 點期間在酒店周圍的街邊停車位免費停車。 （此後每小時 3 美元） 或者街對面的公共停車場，每晚 25 美元。 （不可放入或取出） 他們說，如果你至少提前一天通知他們，他們可以打掃你的房間，但由於我們住了兩晚，他們只要求額外的毛巾。 多虧了小廚房，我可以在房間裡吃任何我想吃的東西。 我來波特蘭是為了觀光，但是市中心有很多無家可歸的人，而且雖然天很亮，但大多數商店晚上7點就關門了，所以我覺得不太安全。 所以，我不知道我是否會再來，但這是我向有機會來波特蘭的人推薦的酒店之一。

I really enjoyed the demeanor of everyone working in the hotel, and it was helpful for me to have GF labels for breakfast. But, my first room has sticky "stuff" on the counters and floor and a stain on the toilet seat. Gross. So they moved me. And in my 2nd hotel room on the 2nd day when I went to shower I found a big clump of hair on the entry way. By that point I was over it and didn't ask to move, but I think cleaning services are not great. Gym was helpful, and its a great location. There is parking at the Douglas for $24 / day instead of the $48 a day for valet and it is just 2 blocks away. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Poor Valet Parking - Valet parking is only available till 11PM. So if you are coming or going after 11PM. You are on your own to park although you still need to pay Valet parking charges as you chose while checking in. You won’t get any parking spots free nearby, so just understand the challenge you are going to face here if you are in Portland for night outs. I won’t stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Everything went well (check-in, customer service dealing with noise, location, amenities..) until checkout. On Nov.28 when we checked out, the front desk staff was giving attitude not smiling not greeting. Took our key asking no questions, we had to proactively give our room number, then we just got "you're checked out". The staff was not even looking at us, saying goodbye, absolutely nothing. Was he discriminating us in anyway? Because we're asian? Because we have pets? Why did I pay to be treated like this? What kind of training did you do to your front desk staff? We checked out around 8:30a, room 525. You can find out who that is easily. This guy ruined our vacation, completely!

We arrived well after the check in time. We where given a room on the 6th floor which was very nice large windows, great view of city and nice room layout. As we walked down the hall we noticed a small of hot garbage that was disgusting about 10 rooms prior to our room. As we got closer and closer the smell got stronger and stronger. Then a staff worker ran down the hall from the other end saying is that your room. We opened the door and the smell hit us in the face. She said there was a smell coming from the garbage disposal. There were dishes currently running as well. They had ionization air filters in the room. We asked for another room. They showed us a different room that was smaller, had zero windows, and was not like the room we booked. We declined and asked if they could help make it right. They told us if we came back in a few hours they would have it taken care of. When we got back they had gotten rid of the smoke mostly.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. We booked this hotel because it was “ pet-friendly” . It was not, we were asked to leave the breakfast area, but there was other with their pets there as well. We were unable to use the sofa bed due to or having trash wrappers, seems like it hadn’t been cleaned .

On my first night, I went to use the shower for the first time and it was dirty. I had to remove a wad of hair from the last person who used it. The "comforter" was the same thickness of a cloth napkin. I have never seen such a thin blanket before. It was so uncomfortable. The walls were so thin, I could hear my neighbors laughing and yelling late at night. It was difficult to sleep. I could hear thumping and footsteps through the ceiling for hours on end. I wouldn't go to a hyatt again after this.The only plus side to the stay was that the front desk staff were nice.

No me gustó el desayuno, muy basico y repetitivo todos los dias,aparte solo 2 horas y hoy a la mañana,a la media hora de abierto,se quedaron sin yogurt y ya no repusieron más!!!

Todo está muy bien exepto que pedí una cuna y 2 veces me dijeron que llegaría en 15 minutos pero nunca me la llevaron
