We stayed here for 2 nights. Everything went well (check-in, customer service dealing with noise, location, amenities..) until checkout.
On Nov.28 when we checked out, the front desk staff was giving attitude not smiling not greeting. Took our key asking no questions, we had to proactively give our room number, then we just got "you're checked out". The staff was not even looking at us, saying goodbye, absolutely nothing.
Was he discriminating us in anyway? Because we're asian? Because we have pets? Why did I pay to be treated like this? What kind of training did you do to your front desk staff? We checked out around 8:30a, room 525. You can find out who that is easily.
This guy ruined our vacation, completely!
