Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The real hidden secret is their lovely interior patio, which is beautifully done, and a great place to hang out and read or have a drink.

Love this hotel! Very personable and lots of local character. Would definitely stay here again!

Great time in our suite with the jet tub. Valet parking is $45 per overnight stay (not $45 per day). There is no regular parking lot here. There is no pool. Bathroom toiletries are lovely and 2 bottles of water were in mini fridge. No mini bar or microwave. Great options for dining and shopping across the street on Warf St. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars. Made for a memorable overnight. Ps- check out the local lighthouses while you’re in town, and we highly recommend Street & Co. for dinner, and Bonfire for cocktails.

Our suite was lovely and spacious. The location was walkable to shopping and restaurants. We were only there for one night but enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the garden terrace. The glass shower enclosure needs repair. The caulk was coming off and the entire enclosure was not secure. Also, the bathroom wallpaper was coming unstuck in 2 small areas. Besides the above-needed repairs, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come again sometime.

After a lovely day walking around Portland, we turned in for the evening. Pulled back the covers and found the bed had not been changed. Hair from the previous guest in the bed and pillow cases smelled. The power on the night stand would not work to charge my phone so I looked under the nightstand to see if it was plugged in. What a found was a half eaten cookie, garbage and other crumbs. This room had not been cleaned. I’m sleeping fully clothed on top of the sheets. Terrible experience for the price of this hotel.

Charged $45 for valet parking but parking spaces so small parking attendant couldn’t get into our car. My wife (who is petite) could barely squeeze in to open the door to get our car out. Hard to tell how many door dings we got from the small spaces. Good parking for s golf cart, but don’t bring a car.

With so many hotels still struggling in the post-pandemic workforce market, this hotel really sets itself apart. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was well run and properly staffed. The bed was very comfortable and the room and public areas were quite clean. The bar and restaurant had good food, cocktails, and service.

Checked Into room with broken AC. Was then switched to what I deemed as a lesser room, slightly smaller, older looking bathroom and no price adjustment was given. They charge $45 for parking/valet and email explaining that process said valet would bring bags to our room, that did not happen, so unsure how to justify such a charge. Overall, feel this hotel was not worth what we paid.

The place was adequate ... but you had to get coffee in a communal area in the hallway. Seriously?... you should not have to put on clothes after waking up early just to get a quick 1st cup of coffee. Other than that - the beds are comfortable and staff is nice.
