波茨坦勃蘭登堡門飯店(Hotel Brandenburger Tor Potsdam)

Fantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.

Lage direkt am Brandenburger Tor und gegenüber vom Luisenplatz, Weihnachtsmarkt buchstäblich vor der Tür bzw. unter dem Fenster. Abends dennoch ruhig, da Buden um 21:00 Uhr schliessen, nur Uhr mit Glockenspiel noch zu hören, für leichte Schläfer vielleicht störend (mit Ohrstöpseln dann aber auch kein Problem). Freundlicher, unkomplizierter Check-in, Suite gross und hell, Heizung gut mit Digital-Thermostaten steuerbar, Bad ebenfalls gross mit Eckbadewanne und separater Dusche sowie separater Toilette, Minibar mit kostenlosen Getränken (leider weniger Softdrinks als Bier, aber wer mag da schon meckern…) und Schokolade. Frühstück eher hochpreisig, aber gut in Auswahl und Qualität, obgleich Potential nach oben sicher in jeder Hinsicht vorhanden ist. Dennoch würden wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L' hotel si trova in posizione comoda e l'atmosfera è gradevole. La camera era ampia, come avevamo richiesto, funzionale ed accogliente. La colazione è offerta in un ambiente un po' piccolo, ma e ricca e varia. Un albergo da consigliare.

The hotel is located in a historic, well kept building very well situated at the beginning of the main shopping street. The front desk was very friendly and guided us personally to a beautiful room. Very comfortable bed and the room had many amenities (even an umbrella for guests to use). We travelled with our toddler and the room service had the cutest bed set up in the room for our son. The breakfast buffet is also recommendable. We would definitely return to this hotel on a future stay in Potsdam. Don't miss the KPI store and outlet right next to the hotel.

Nice hotel with clean beautiful rooms and all necessities. Nice breakfast withbithtasty and healthy options. Recommended.

Nice hotel with really good service and big room, they had a big bed 🛌 too our dog too just waiting for him.

Boutique hotel in a stunning location. All major sites within walking distance or through frequent nearby public transport. Rooms very comfortable with air con and effective double glazing that eliminates street noise. Quality and quantity of foods for breakfast was excellent.

This lovely hotel is in an excellent location on one of the main squares beside lots of restaurants and cafes. The two rooms we had booked were large, super clean, with very comfortable beds and good linens. The breakfast was great and with a wide variety of products on offer. We had a very short stay as we were there for a show but we lucked out on the choice of hotel. To return

Perfectly located Hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and the room had everything that we needed. The Hotels location is in a lovely little square with plenty of shops and restaurants just a stones throw away. There is also a supermarket within less than five minutes walk away. If you fancy taking the Hop on Hop off bus tour (which I highly recommend), then the bus stop is less than a two minute walk away, near the fountain over the road.
