約瑟芬老城廣場飯店(Josephine Old Town Square Hotel - Czech Leading Hotels)

Got breakfast but didn't really eat it. When I check in. The reception was missing. I had to go to each of the room to slowly find them. Most of the time the reception ain't in the room. They are just wandering somewhere so it's like finding pokemon. Some good one appear quickly. Some wild one takes awhile to find them but overall the room is huge n comfy to stay in

Horrible and scary experience at night because of the old fashion key entry. My wife and child were left waiting for the clerk on duty at night to open the main hotel gate for over 15 minutes. The gate has physical key and no keypad. My wife simply has forgotten to take the key with her. When she returned with my child she buzzed the office. To make that 15 minutes scary ordeal short, the clerk was horrible and started yelling at my wife and daughter and making them feel guilty for forgetting the key. I will never step a foot in Josephine hotel. I mean I paid a lot of money for the 4 night stay to be treated rudely and horribly.

Fantastic hotel and place to stay. Right in the center of old town. Most places can walk to and if not, use Bolt or Uber to get to other places. Staff very friendly. We had a quad room for family of four and it was perfect! Good breakfast to get the day started. Would definitely stay here again!

プラハ中央駅(Hlavni nadrazi)から地下鉄フローレンス(Florence)まで一駅、乗り換えて共和国広場(nam Republiky)まで一駅。約5分、地下鉄駅から徒歩でホテルまで6分。旧市街の真ん中、ジョセフィン オールド タウン スクエア 内にあるホテル。レセプションが2階で壁の案内板を見ればわかるが、初めてだとホテル入口がわかりずらい。旧市街のど真ん中だが静かで、ティーン教会の塔の裏側がよく見える。

My family of 4 visiting from US. This hotel was perfect for us and amazing location and very friendly staff. Very close to the square and walking to almost any attraction in the area. We had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us at checkin and they helped us ensure we had proper parking. If we return to the city we will choose this hotel again without question.

The hotel is close to everything and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! You are missing out if you skip their breakfast. The parking is a short walk away which was a little rough in winter but wasn’t too bad. There are restaurants all around the hotel and it’s very close to all the attractions.

From the moment we arrived we had a terrific 4 night stay. The hotel is very close to the Old Town Square, but far enough away to not be in the throng of people. About a 1.5 minute walk. The breakfast was quite wonderful. There was a very wide variety of continental style breakfast items as well as several cooked items, whether crepes, eggs, sausages, etc. The customer service provided by the hotel staff was as good as it can be. From the cleaners of our room who left it spotless daily, to the breakfast staff ladies who were always cheerful and efficient. Highest compliments to concierges Martin and Ecateina. Every request was dealt with cheerfully and professionally. Our room was huge, with a large bathroom as well. The hotel has a small courtyard, with several sets of tables and chairs at each of the levels of the three story building. The property has an elevator.

It doesnt get more central in Prague. All of the sights in Prague within walking distance. But the rooms; crooked mattresses which tilted to the side and gave us back-pains, a two-person room but only one chair?, noisy air-con, creaky floorboards. We spilt a bit of water on the floor one day and when we took some paper to wipe it, we saw how dirty the floor was. The same 4-5 clasical songs was playing on repeat every morning. We recognized parts of breakfast was put on the table the next day, the bread was not fresh but some pre-baked bread and heated (sometimes) and therefore a dry. We like our pancakes, but not cold pancakes made the day before coming straight from the fridge.
