General happy except very disappointing /dishonest laundry service and extremely poor and unfair handling by front service! Very poorly trained self called front desk manager (While caused by extremely poor laundry service(a young lady at 9am 25th June) . Blinded not address client complain but blindly defend the Landry service without knowing the details, very poorly trained in hanlding customer complain. I have internationally travelled for more than 30 yrs never seen a such poor handling case….
