An Excellent Hotel. Our stay could not have been more perfect. GM Gabriella Ditetova and her staff could not have been more courteous and the hospitality that they provided is top notch. From bellmen, front desk team, concierge and restaurant staff, we were treated to Great service. We will stay there again and we would recommend it to anyone. As a Marriott franchisee, we see a lot of hotels. This one is special. Stan and Alexis Kensinger.

Hôtel particulièrement bien placé, au pied du château de Prague (il faut quand même y monter) ! Situé dans l’ancien monastère des Augustins, la décoration est pure et élégante. Les chambres sont très confortables et très bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. L’accueil est chaleureux sur toute la ligne. C’était parfait.

This hotel is actually what the Luxury Collection brand is about: unique luxury hotels with a local flavor and memorable for having unique features. When it's well done, it beats even St.Regis and Ritz Carlton brand hotels in my opinion. Augustine is one such hotel. It's an old monastery converted to hotel, it has great location in the city walkable to Charles Bridge, and we were upgraded to a premium suite (Monastery Suite) as Ambassador Elite guest. It's not that I care much about doors, but it was noticeable that the bathroom door was the original metal door from the monastery, I had never seen in any hotel before. Near reception they had glühwein and sweets in the evening for the holiday spirit. In addition, breakfast was almost entirely a la carte which is more luxurious than hotels offering a buffet. There was free flow sparkling wine for breakfast as well. It very hard to find a flaw to this hotel and I can highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel with a historic past within 10 minutes of the St Charles bridge. The employees are very nice. The food was delicious and the cocktails were lovingly made by the talented bartenders. One minor negative was that some of the rooms face a street where an electric street car passes through. Occasional low rumbles till 11:00 pm or so and starts up again 5-6 am ish. Really was not a problem for us. Prague is a great place to visit especially during the Christmas season.

Beautiful hotel, great customer service. The food was great, and the staff was supportive and attentive to details all the time. The location was amazing, the roomes were spacious and the overall experience was outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel, and we would definitely come back.
