水牛比爾賭城飯店(Buffalo Bill's Resort & Casino)

My experience about buffalo hotel. The hotel's prime location added convenience to my stay, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting. Clean room even if it’s kinda old.

Check in time was long. Not enough towels, not working ice machine to call for room service operator doesn't pick up. No shuttle to go to other part of the resort had to walk. No access to swimming pool thought it would be nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather but nope.

The room was clean but could do with some minor touch ups. Most of the food court was closed down when I arrived at 5:30. The Denny's was open and very well run.

It’s getting better. No .5cent poker but they have many other game’s.

didn,t like that the tv in our room cuts off automatically every hour. frustrating!!!

Not clean, Maids never came by once and nobody answers the phone for front desk or housekeeping

Holy cow, where to start first off this place is starting to look really rundown. Upon entering the room we noticed we had one bathroom towel. We figured we would make do with it however, the next morning we come to find out that there was no hot water after running the shower for 10 minutes, we went to call the front desk only to find out that the phone did not work so we walked down to the desk. They did not compensate us. The only thing they did was offer us to shower in a different room. I won’t be staying here again. In addition, our room was cheap, but by the time they add the “resort fees” The fees ended up being more than the room! My advice drive a little further get a better room
