普里姆谷娛樂場度假村(Primm Valley Resort & Casino)

Parking lot elevator had thick spider webs, although pool was closed for season the pool restroom had dead spiders and a dead cockroach... carpets throughout the hotel portion (halls and rooms) were filthy, stained and gross. Shower/tub was stained. Truly felt like a dingy, dark, filthy place. So glad we had only one night! Never going back. But... cool place to visit is Seven Magic Mountains

Great overall. Did get booked the wrong room the first time and seen a male “protection” on the ground but was quickly accommodated by the female employees at the front desk. Got my deposit back.

Not clean. Bad customer service. One bed had no pillows 🙄😡 and no one was at check in/out desk in the morning for us to check out

No valet, No bell hop, carpets were stained old and coming up in the lobbies elevators were shabby and no gift shop open no coffee spot open only one restaurant and the slots took me for a ride!

Great stay. Great vacation. Great place.

Sorry to say this hotel is a -10 Under staffed, nothing was open, so run down & dirty the rooms were not filthy but definitely not cleaned only 2 towels dark and dingy . A lot of the rooms air conditioners weren’t working in 106 heat pool was closed Overall the hotel looked abandoned . Definitely never staying again

Only two people working check in. The one that helped didn’t say a word to me. Restroom was dirty. Dirty towel on counter.shower was filthy Took pictures. Had to go to another hotel to check out. No on line option. I wanted my deposit credit. Didn’t have time to be moving to different room. I had my own towels with me. And Lysol.
