Very nice clean quiet

Everything was fine, the room was clean and very nice. The only thing that happened was that next to our room there was a woman who screamed and is playing video games all night and with a lot of volume on the TV the two nights we were there. I didn't let him sleep. We even told the reception and he didn't do anything to help us and that's why you're supposed to have a hotel to rest. It was a bad experience!

This hotel showed its age. Our firat room did not look like it was vacuumed and had trash and a dirty diaper in it. We were moved to another room and it was slightly cleaner, however, overall the hotel could have been better kept. Housekeeping staff did not speak English and it was hard to communicate questions in passing. Had to direct all questions to front desk. Was double-charged during check-in and will have to get a refund through the bank. We had 4 visitors and only 2 large towels in the room. When asked for extra, 1 towel was given. Glenn was very helpful and attentive to all questions, concerns my husband and I had.

Property was fine. Ice vold showere was not. Contractors were scheduled to work on my home so I said no cold shower for me and booked a room in advance. I get there. Freezinge ice bath. Will not stay here again

The couch in our room looked so dirty we didn’t even dare to sit on it. The blanket looked old and dirty. slepted ok but the street was very loud. Towels were very small and we both only got one.

No hicieron la limpieza de nuestra habitación, y al preguntarles la razón, dijeron que olvidaron hacerlo, el gerente dijo que no podia hacer nada, no atendio a mi solicitud de hablar con el.

Although the rooms were to be smoke free, the entire building smelt of old cigarettes. The bathroom tile was cracked and loose, stains in the sink and tub, stains on the chair, refrigerator didn’t work, knob missing from the microwave, and the key stopped working because the staff accidentally cut my reservation a day short in their system. The staff were very nice and friendly though but definitely will not stay there again.

The stay is decent and rooms are clean. Downside is the heat doesn’t work in some rooms, same breakfast everyday at this location and room are not stocked with a sufficient amount of bath towels/wash cloths.
