When we arrived to check in they told us the room was not ready and that we should have lunch until the room was ready and they would come get us (check in was at 3). No one ever came to get us when our room was available we had to go to guest services to ask if the room was available. It was not until we went to ask they said the room was ready. In the room there was ants all over the kitchen and some of the nespresso pods were used and put back for us to use. When we told them about the ant problem in the kitchen and the bathroom they sent someone with raid spray who sprayed the entire kitchen and left the spray on the counter he did not even bother to wipe up the spray after he was done. This is a huge health hazard as it is a chemical and is considered a poison. They never even bothered to spray the bathroom. This created a huge inconvenience as we could not keep anything on the counter even clean cups and spoons or the unused nespresso pods because the ants were all over them.

My husband and booked a trip to this hotel this pass week and the island was hit with hurricane Fiona, staff was so amazing in the way they handled the situation.. guest safety and comfort was their main priority. My husband and I felt safe and we’ll accommodate during this time and after. We were both so impressed that we are planning our next trip back. Highly recommend this resorts for couple looking for a romantic, relaxing vacay with top service.

The Rock House is a beautiful resort. The property is brand new with breathtaking beachfront views. The infinity pool was amazing and one of the largest I’ve seen. The hospitality was exceptional. Robert was one of the staff that made my stay that much more enjoyable. He was very accommodating and extremely friendly. What a great guy. The only negative thing I have to comment on is….we missed a day due to American Airlines and because we booked through a 3rd party we could not recoup the loss. Management tried but no luck. What a bummer, so try and book directly with the Rock House whenever possible. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else😉.

The property was an overall 10/10. I would definitely recommend!

Great place. But, needs a spa and other activities on the property given its location.

We had a brilliant time - the staff were incredible, extremely helpful and welcoming! Thanks to Franncesca, Peterson, Robert, Monica, Gerald, Berlandie, Frank, Orlando and everyone who helped with all our questions, provided recommendations, carted us around and managed to help us find last minute bookings. The pool and restaurant team were always smiling and made the overall experience that much more wonderful! The lobster pizza and Drunken Lobsters - exceptional! The resort is beautiful - the walkways and views are stunning, the pool area is pristine. The only real downsides is that it is very remote (which is also an upside!), so you do need a car / rely on taxis as you cannot walk anywhere, so this can also get very expensive. Plus there is construction but for the most part that didn't disrupt us.

My husband and I stayed at Rock House over the Chris**as Holiday. It is was a beautiful property and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a one bedroom oceanfront suite. It was spacious and the pool was very enjoyable. Unfortunately, they seem to be having an issue with the septic system as you could smell it around the resort and it would get so bad in the room (especially at night) we closed all the drains and kept the bathroom door shut with the fan running most of our trip. I did my makeup in the bedroom mirror to avoid spending any extra time in there. We mentioned the issue to the front desk but once heard other guests talking about it we realized it must just be a widespread issue. They are working on building out the second half of the property so there was significant construction noise. We were thankful our room was on the other side of the resort from the main construction area but felt they should be notifying guests ahead of time about the construction. The food was fresh and tasty but dining options were limited, pricy, and hours seemed to change every day. There is also a 10% service fee and 12% tourist tax on every bill (plus additional tipping was very expected) so meals added up. Overall, we had a nice trip but disappointed by the hotel considering the cost, all its recent press, and Leading Hotels of the World membership. Save your money and stay elsewhere but stop by for a cocktail at the Cave Bar to take in the view!

Me and my wife just went last week to this place. It’s really awesome. We took the room with ocean facing. Breakfast is included the staff was very friendly and nice. Ambience and views are the best. Shree the manager was very nice and friendly. It’s an awesome location and must stay atleast one night.
