格拉西拉庭院飯店(Graziella Patio Hotel)

L’hotel si trova in ottima posizione in pieno centro storico. Dispone di un servizio di Car valet comodo all’arrivo, mentre alla ripartenza sono stati molto lento nel riportarci l’auto. Soprattutto se dovete partire presto la mattina non consegnano prima delle 8.30/9. L’hotel non offre la colazione ma proprio lì vicino c’è un bar che offre prodotti ottimi. In linea generale buona esperienza

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è pessimo. Sono del parere che una notte a 145€ deve offrire al cliente una perfezione e pulizia ineccepibile. Invece ho trovato una carta nella vasca e nonostante siano salite in camera 2 dello staff a cui l'ho mostrata, dopo me la sono ritrova a terra. Questo significa che nessuna delle 2 ha avuto "accuratezza di gettarlo nella pattumiera. La portinaia poco gentile, ma piuttosto strafottente, pur avendole chiesto la cortesia di avvisarmi allorquando la stanza sarebbe stata pronta, invece di farmi andare in giro con i bagagli, non mi ha chiamata, cosa che non le costava nulla. Per cui io continuavo a vagare per la città, pensando che non era pronta, visto che eravamo rimaste d"accordo che mi avrebbe mandato un messaggio. Poi ho trovato un capello bianco sulla scrivania della frutta. E mentre uno sta mangiando fa schifo inbattersi in un capello di un estraneo. Con 150euro spesi speravo che a colazione sarei stata graziato dall'abbondanza! Eh no! Non c'era buffet al Patio, ma quale grazia della Graziella! La cameriera mi dice che non ha jogurt alla frutta, ma solo bianchi interi e poi con dei modi.... Scontrosa mentre mi chiama tesoro. Le ho fatto presente che non ero una sua amica. Una battaglia continua e neanche uno sconto dopo che hanno toppato tanto. Il turismo non lo sanno proprio fare!

Bellissimo hotel in centro storico in un palazzo d'epoca. La mia camera molto spaziosa, bagno molto grande, TV grande con canali sky, letto matrimoniale spazioso e molto comodo. Frigo bar ben fornito, snack assortiti e frutta in omaggio. Kit cortesia bagno ottimo. teli bagno di spugna ottime, lenzuola ottime. bellissimo arredo nuovo e pulizia buona. Personale molto gentile e cortese. Non c'è la colazione, ma sono convenzionati con un bar pasticceria molto bello e fornito, a due passi a piedi.Vicino a piedi a tutte le attrazioni turistiche. Consigliatissimo.

This hotel was extremely uncomfortable. The bed was like a cement block, making it literally impossible to sleep. No robes, no full-length mirror. Our adapter to charge our phones kept slipping out of the sockets so we were left with too little charge for the day. Breakfast was not only meager, but very strange. You have to order the night before and then the lady brings it to you, but be aware if you have a driver coming. It happens in slow stages.

The room we stayed in had a strong moldy smell. It was on the lowest level, perhaps below ground. Nevertheless, I am very sensitive to mold and I do not think that any room should have a moldy smell. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

We had a two night stay on our way to other places in Italy and thoroughly enjoyed the location. The inn was excellent and in a great location for touring the city.

Central hotel. ‘Valet’ type car parking for €20 per day which is definitely worth it having driven around to find the hotel. It’s worth noting that as the hotel is ‘in’ the ‘no car drive zone’ - as you are staying, you can drive in all of these areas; the number plate is then reported so that you won’t receive a fine… GOOD Character Deluxe Double room with amazing air con - effective and quiet. Big window in main bedroom and bathroom letting in lots of light. Mini fridge in room which we kept some of our stuff in. Several places to get breakfast just outside the door as hotel was very centrally located but I was getting fed up of pastries! Requested quiet room and it was, despite lots of bars around. NOT QUITE SO GOOD… Nowhere to put luggage or open your suitcase - just one very tiny luggage rack which you couldn’t even open a normal size suitcase. No seating area - room quite compact. It’s called the ‘ Graziella Patio Hotel’ but there is no patio or terrace to sit. SUMMARY We loved Arezzo; seemed a good mixture of tourists and locals, architecture, shops, bars and restaurants.

Beautiful room with views of San Francesco square. Great service.
