Travelodge by Wyndham Pueblo

First off, my expectations were not that high with the price and type of room. when we got to the room we simply wanted to watch tv and unwind. The remote turned on the tv and turned it back off. We went to the front desk to be told there was nothing she could do, so we went back to the room and spent an hour trying to google how to "fix" it. After an hour, went back to the office to be told the same thing again. We ended up leaving to go find something to do. When we got back. I went to the office to see about moving rooms so we could watch tv and the door was locked, so we went back to the room and tried to sleep. The mattress is so bad, the springs were poking through in places, so no sleep. When i turned over to get up, i was greeted with blood spots next to my face on the comforter. I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. After letting it run for a good 10 minutes, i gave up hope. I let the front desk know all the issues upon checking out and it was basically shrugged off. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Definitely not even worth $25 per night.

There was pink mold growing in the shower and dirt and hair everywhere under the sink and bathroom floor.

The hotel was good for what we paid. Beds were comfy and the heat/ac worked well. The carpet had a few stains. The breakfast was cereal, waffles, and toast. It was fine for our quick, one night stay.

Staff was great. Breakfast was great. The hard boiled eggs were great. It is a great value and a safe place.

This was a convenient place to stay very cheap. Only gave low rating because key cards messed up and tub was clogged had to use separate room to shower and no compensation was offered fornthe troubles

Everything about our stay went well. Staff was friendly very quick with any needs we had. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Other than highway noise it was really relatively quiet while we were there. No concerns with safety. We would stay again without question.

This place was Ramada they changed the sign to Travelodge, its in a rough area and hasnt been updated in years, they will try to charge extra fees for things that were already cleaned/damaged in room because all of the rooms are damaged

First of all we didn't get the room we paid for. You want to sleep whenever you the bed was broke how to sleep with your head at the bottom of the bed.The bathroom was dirty had to clean the floor had to buy bleach cleaner to clean the tub. Globs of hair came out the drain as I was taking a bath. And I thought the first time I stood here was bad there was no locks on the doors no towels no blankets no pillows had no choice to stay there there was two feet of snow outside and all the rooms were booked. What did you say I guess the only good thing was getting the room for $50 a night by booking through *******. The management wouldn't even offer me a discount on my room. Therefore if this is the last place for you to stay go to the next town. It was much better when it was the Ramada. And motel 6 is just down the road cleaner cheaper and better service.
